A clear cot means:
โ No toys
โ No cot bumpers
โ No pods/nests
โ No pillows
โ No bottles
All your baby needs in their cot is a fitted sheet on top of their firm, flat, waterproof mattress, and then either a firmly tucked-in blanket or a sleep bag. Having extra items in a babyโs cot can increase the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and accidents.

Within Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies we are able to offer; High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is used to manage the way with think, Cognitive, and the way we behave, Behavioural. It allows us to breakdown the current overwhelming problems in the most positive and efficient way into smaller, more manageable problems.
After we find positive ways to change our thoughts and behaviours, it is then important to practice these in your daily lives.
High Intensity CBT involves commitment, as sessions can range from 10-20 sessions which occur once a week for an hour on a one to one basis. It can be used for a range of mental health disorders; Social Anxiety, Phobia, Trauma & PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.
If you are in need of High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), please visit our website http://www.bdctalkingtherapies.nhs.uk.

Well fitted and high quality baby carriers are extremely safe and secure, but if your social media algorithms are showing you as many worrying baby carrier ads as we get, please be assured we spend several hours each week working on this.
Ideally, baby carrier brands should always respond to questions about safety, positioning, or safety testing. They should have instructions for use easily available to view on their website, in written/image form, which can be supplemented by a video.
If you are not sure you can always ask here - we do not retail any carrier brands of any type, and are here to help.
Our ChatHealth 0-5-year-old text messaging service supports parents and carers with expert advice from health visitors, staff nurses and community nursery nurses relating to a wide range of children's health and wellbeing issues including sleep, feeding, crying babies, development and behaviour.
