As your child gets older, they'll soon realise that there's more to life than milk. Mealtimes are great for your child to learn about tastes and textures. And while they're learning what they like and dislike, they can also hear new words.

During this online video session, we will talk about our three key topics; Attachment and Bonding, Mum’s and Dad’s Mental Health and Wellbeing and Access to Appropriate Services.

We also cover labour, Birth and Beyond from a Dad’s perspective.

CBT is used to manage the way with think, Cognitive, and the way we behave, Behavioural. It allows us to breakdown the current overwhelming problems in the most positive and efficient way into smaller, more manageable problems.
After we find positive ways to change our thoughts and behaviours, it is then important to practice these in your daily lives.
High Intensity CBT involves commitment, as sessions can range from 10-20 sessions which occur once a week for an hour on a one to one basis. It can be used for a range of mental health disorders; Social Anxiety, Phobia, Trauma & PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.
