My Skate World is Eastbourne’s very own skating venue for all the family, with music, a light show and games to suit all ages. There's a cafe serving tea, coffee and snacks and keep a look out for SEND specific sessions and the new soft play area opening soon.

The Ledward Centre (TLC), Brighton & Hove’s LGBTQ+ centre in Jubilee Street, is hosting its Pride Family Day tomorrow (Saturday, August 3rd from 11am).

Jubilee Square and The Ledward Centre will be filled with games, arts & crafts, entertainment, photo booth, refreshments, fun fair, face painting , pamper sessions and mini minute makeovers.

Open from 11am – 5pm, tickets are just £3.50 for adults or £2.50 for under 16s to help cover the costs of staging the event.

Summer Holiday Activity Half Days in Sussex with Head2Head Sensory Theatre.

Families with kids aged 4-14 can enjoy sessions filled with exciting activities and crafts. Choose from a selection of themes, pack a picnic, and join them for some silly summer fun time.

Dinosaurs & Dragons - Summer Trail and Activities - Borde Hill A summer holiday of roarsome dinosaur & dragon adventures in West Sussex, featuring a daily story trail and kids activities on selected days.

Based just two mins from the Jubilee Library, Puzzle Bored will be offering stay and play sessions for children and young people across the city.

Children and young people are required to attend with an adult, but there are three different levels of activities (puzzles, games – chess, sudoku, origami, colouring) and parents can sit in the café space on the ground floor and enjoy a coffee / pastry. The space is designed to be really calm, with individual desks and larger table space for children and young people to play independently if they want to (the space is set up so young people can avoid eye contact if preferred).

They provide ear defenders in each room and the cafe is a sensory aware space where they are passionate about inclusivity, acceptance, and community.

Horsham Rotary Club are holding a free two hour session for children with SEND and their immediate family from 10am to 12pm at their funfair on Sunday 7 July in Horsham Park. If you’d like to attend, you need to register in advance using this form: https://loom.ly/T7wf7Wk

10am to 12pm will be just for SEND families, and then the funfair will open to the rest of the public from 12pm to 5pm. (Rides will no longer be free after midday.)

We have two relaxing and reviving wellbeing sessions for parents and carers next week: one in Woodingdean on 13 June, the other in Lewes on 14 June. Come along for a cuppa and a chat and do some Pilates, gentle movement, mediation and creative arts. It's all very gentle and safe and no experience is needed.

Adaptive boxing for people with a disability, designed to access safe, high quality boxing training and potential competition.

Brighton and Hove ABC offer various programmes and training sessions, one of them being their Adaptive Boxing Pathway for wheelchair users. this goes from inclusive programmes up to elite Para Boxing team sessions and competitions.

They run group training classes £3 a week or £10 a month membership for both wheelchair users and people with a disability who want to box from standing.
