How many times should I use this treatment to make it worth it?

We tend to hear this question multiple times from customers.

If you dedicate yourself to any of these treatments I’d give you a rough recommendation.

Floatation therapy: To maintain a healthy dose of magnesium in the body, the recommended amount would be at least 1 float a month. In case of injury, arthritis, or any other chronic pain or illnesses I’d go with at least twice a month.

Infrared saunas: To detox the body and not let it pile up and over with toxins I’d recommend doing at least 1 if not 2 30 minute sessions per WEEK. We take in so many toxins just by walking in town, the water we bathe in, and simply from the lifestyle we live.

Massage therapy: Creating better blood flow, circulation, recovery and bodily health we’d recommend going with at least once per month for a massage to release all the tension you may have been holding onto.

It obviously varies person to person, as we are all different. This is just a recommendation.

The Brighton Yoga Festival is coming up in just 12 days! 🧘🏽

For the past 9 years, ever since the opening of the spa we have supported this day as it has a very special place in our hearts.

If you’d like to join us, you can find Sarah in the morning alongside with Brydie & Camille in the afternoon.

Sarah will be doing a mindful flow to get you to explore the space between effort and ease.

Brydie is doing body medicine to engage you in some muscle work in a gentle way and make you work for it.

Camille will be doing a lovely talk on how to reset your nervous system and take care of yourself inside-out.

Yoga aims to unite the mind, body, and spirit, promoting overall wellness and inner peace. There are various styles of yoga we do such as Flow Yoga, Yin/Yang and Restorative yoga.

Pilates, on the other hand, was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. It is a physical fitness system that emphasizes core strength, stability, and controlled movements. The exercises are typically performed on a mat or specialized equipment.
Pilates focuses on improving posture, alignment, and muscle balance, making it particularly beneficial for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
While both practices offer physical and mental benefits, yoga tends to have a more spiritual and meditative component, whereas Pilates is more focused on precise physical conditioning and strengthening the body’s core. Ultimately, the choice between yoga and Pilates depends on your personal fitness goals and preferences. Many people find that incorporating both into their routine provides a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.
