Our girl Zo has been grafting 🤝🏼

She gets her head down, pushes herself hard in the gym, fuels her body, prioritises her mobility and recovery. And still has a busy social life 💃🏼

So why have I retired the Gym Babe Game Plan?👀

As we’re approaching NatalieRose FITNESS’ 4th birthday (how?!?!?!) I’ve been reflecting on all of the incredible women that I have put their trust in me to help them gain confidence in the gym, lose fat, tone up and just all round smash their goals 🥹 I’m so grateful to each and every one of them for choosing me as their coach 🫶🏼

But I’ve released it’s time to move on from overcoming gym anxiety being the main focus, and just like my amazing clients have been glowing up, it was time for the program to have it’s own glow up ✨

As now so many of you don’t need help getting in the gym, you’re already in there taking up the space you deserve. And we’re moving away from fat loss as the number one goal. I’ve been on more and more calls with girls telling me they want to be STRONG!🏋🏼‍♀️

So with that I have created the new program 👀

10 weeks in a deficit complete 🤝🏼

Following my 12 week bulk I’ve completed a 10 week cutting phase ahead of my Florida holiday 🫡

The goal was to strip some body fat, while maintaining as much of the muscle I’d gained in the bulk, as possible

I wouldn’t have been half as successful in the last 5 months if it hadn’t been for the support and accountability from my coach 🤝🏼

Charl really held me accountable to my goals and what I wanted to achieve

Even as a qualified personal trainer, knowing what to do and how to do it, isn’t always enough to get results

Never underestimate the power of accountability and don’t be afraid of admitting when you can’t do it all on your own

Can’t thank Charl enough for holding me to a higher standard and helping me smash my goals

Here’s to 2 weeks in Florida with my bestie, feeling my best 🫶🏻

Wow 🔥

I’m at a loss for words about the journey that my incredible client has been on since August of last year 😮‍💨

She came to me wanting to lose weight for health reasons, but she was struggling with her energy levels and how to go about making a change 🪫

She was in the gym mainly doing cardio but felt she just wasn’t getting anywhere 🫨

12 weeks in a surplus, the bulk is complete and I’m so fu***ng happy with the muscle I’ve put on 🤝🏼

Muscle mass and shape have come on massively and I’m damn proud of the work I’ve put in⏳ I enjoyed the majority of my time bulking and just had to remind myself occasionally that it’s just temporary discomfort for the long term progress 😮‍💨

As a coach being able to lead from the front is so important for me, I always preach about having a better relationship with food and having the freedom to eat MORE to help you build your dream physique and to help you get strong as f**k 🔥

The thought of a bulk would have terrified me years ago, but now I’m already looking forward to the next one 😅 but for now the focus is on the 10 week cut (aka less food 🥲)

It’s amazing what happens when you stop being afraid of eating more, or seeing the scales go up, you enjoy the process so much more and you achieve more than you thought possible 👀

I could not be prouder of Zo, in the last 14 months we’ve gone through a body recomp, a bulk and a cut. She’s taken everything on board and pushed herself out of her comfort zone
