Calling Bristol Chefs....

Mo our wonderful CDP is leaving us for pastures new. He came through the ranks as an apprentice and grew into a pillar of our team - but it’s time for him to see other kitchens and learn some new things. He’ll be sorely missed, and we wish him the best.
