Wow! What an epic day today at MFF!
We've had such a diverse range of sessions today, push, pull, legs, abs and conditioning.
Everyone has given their all today and absolutely bossed it!
Another amazing day at the gym today, small group worked on whole body approach, and with the 121's we had alot of leg days where we focused on posterior chain movements, glutes and hammys baby!
Today's sessions have been ace! We've worked on power, strength and endurance.

An absolute bonkers mental and physical transformation!!!
Have you ever suffered with Mental Health issues?
Have you suffered physically due to what's happening to you mentally?
Unfortunately, this is what Ben had to cope with when coming into this.
Ben had trouble sleeping, and as such he had become reliant on certain foods to keep him going, he essentially was chasing a sugar hit, over-consuming simple carbs to him on point.
But working together we pushed him outside of his comfort zone and worked on the root cause of the physical problem, sleep.
So I pushed him, and pushed him hard so he had no choice but to sleep π€£π
Like many, Ben never really considered himself 'out of shape' just maybe needs to lose a few pounds and get stronger.
But he proved himself very wrong, and with that he also found he was sleeping better, had more energy and was making better food choices because of it.
With a final total loss of 9kg and getting as lean as this, he achieved his lowest weight in his adult life!
Not even a wide eyed plucky 18 year old Ben was this lean!
When we 1st trained together Ben was struggling to lift a barbell for a chest press.
Now...
He's smashing out 50kg for 12 reps without even blinking.
His transformation was so much more than just looking good for the camera, it was about feeling good as a human being.

This is the other end of the spectrum from our usual weight loss.
was in exactly this position.
He was already quite fit, played football regularly and trained regularly.
But for the shoot we upped his calorie intake to quite a surplus where he had never really gone before.
Being a single man and somewhat of a social butterfly π we had to make allowances that meant he could still enjoy a beer or 3 without the worry of getting the 'beer gut'
He trained hard every other day, lifting weights and keeping his fitness up with Cardio.
He began putting on the muscle he wanted quite quickly and gained far more shape to his physique!
Not only that but he is now lifting like a seasoned Gym Bro!

A whopping weight-loss, but you what the best part of it is?
He has still enjoyed a beer or 3 throughout his program, we have simply made sure he was able to implement habits that allowed him to enjoy the odd tipple.

Sukhy was already in decent shape.
Those who knew her would say she didn't need to lose weight or get any leaner.
But Sukhy wanted to challenge herself to get in better shape than her husband, Allan Hogwood (Couples Goals!)

With 18 years of experience as a qualified Personal Trainer, Mike is dedicated to helping people and has always been passionate about his profession. His genuine love for what he does shines through in every training session.
Aside from being a coach, Mike is a family man who doesn't shy away from humour, often cracking jokes at his own expense. His light-hearted approach creates a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for his clients.
In addition to his coaching role, Mike serves as a tutor for aspiring Personal Trainers in our own in-house Academy, sharing his knowledge and expertise with others.

A 3 stone post-pregnancy weight loss!
Abby Gardner-Beddoes came to me looking to lose the baby weight she had put on during pregnancy.
While this is totally normal for women to put on weight, Abby felt that enough was enough and wanted to reclaim her body after the birth of her lovely little boy, Wilf!
We went to work on keeping her active, tracking her calories, both in and out, and focusing on mastering basic movement patterns.
During our sessions Abby comes into it with great enthusiasm and has us laughing all the way through. Her attitude to changing her habits and achieving her weight loss is amazing and truly infectious.
