GeeWizz supports children & young adults in Suffolk with disability, life-limiting illness or cancer
Founded in 2015, the GeeWizz Charitable Foundation is a registered, small charity, based just outside Bury St Edmunds, with big ambition. Our mission is to support children and young adults, across Suffolk, who are living with a disability, have a life-limiting illness or cancer, as well as supporting those working to treat or research cancer. Our aim is simple - to provide much needed specialist
Today is International Day of Education, GeeWizz Charity are proud to have supported so many schools in our Suffolk community helping to change local lives.
We have sponsored music lessons, built custom-made fully-accessible playgrounds, donated magic carpets, installed a custom built music room with sensory equipment, sponsored installation of hearing impaired equipment, purchased sensory playground equipment, and much more.
We love supporting SENDs children in Suffolk schools 🧡💛💚💙💜
GeeWizz are excited to start a British Sign Language 'Sign of the Week' to learn. We hope you will learn along with us.

Thank you so much Theatre Royal, Bury St. Edmunds for welcoming and hosting the GeeWizz families to the amazing Christmas pantomime, The Legend of Robin Hood.
A wonderful time was had by all the children and families who attended. Special thank you for the wonderful touch-tour arranged for Emily, who loved meeting the cast and exploring the stage.
Wow, thank you Ashton, the amazing Pallet Teen, for being such a charity superstar and raising an incredible £700 for GeeWizz Charity. We love all the ways people decorated their Christmas Trees, making them personal and fun.
Ashton’s amazing fundraising will be supporting the GeeWizz funded Music Therapy Sessions, for SENDs children, at Eyke Primary School.

- Our Midsummer Night's Party raised £137,893 for four very special projects
- Purchased a specialist sports wheelchair for Paralympian hopeful, Ruby
- Installed a new Music Pod and disabled WC at Sir Robert Hitcham Primary School, Framlingham
- Funded SENsory Youth Theatre at Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds
- Opened the £500,000 Thomas Wolsey Ormiston Academy redeveloped playground
- Funded a Zest Nurse for 4 years from the Ed Sheeran: Made in Suffolk Legacy Auction
- Funded the Suffolk Lawn Tennis Association's new All-Inclusive Tennis Programme
- Funded a disabled WC and inductive hearing loop at Castle Community Rooms, Framlingham
- Funded materials for a new wet room for George
- Purchased an all-terrain buggy for Zoe
- Purchased a new specialist sports wheelchair for Jack Fulcher to play football
- Purchased Sensory Toys for an 11 month-old suffering from Spina Bifida
- Purchased a new specialist sports wheelchair for Dylan who is playing his beloved tennis
- We helped Emily and her family celebrate her 5 1/2 birthday at Centre Parcs
- As well as supporting Emily with hospital transport to Great Ormond Street Hospital
- John Sheeran 'My Life in Art' raised £40,34.35 for two special projects
- Sponsored Bury Disability Football Team with kit and travel costs
- Fundraised for new sensory playground equipment at Riverwalk School

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
Wishing everyone a very happy day, they are getting longer now! ⛄️
Sending HUGE thanks to ELLE & TYNE Events and our wonderful Ambassador, Michelle, for their kind support and generosity. In 2022 Michelle has raised over £15,000 for GeeWizz children, helping to change Suffolk lives.
Including 11-year-old George who has a new wet-room. 10-year-old Zoe whose new all-terrain buggy will give her the freedom to go adventuring. Emily’s family were supported with hospital transportation to and from GOSH, and celebrated Emily’s 5½ birthday with a family holiday to Centre Parcs. Elle & Tyne purchased a bespoke sports wheelchair to keep up 14-year-old Jack’s passion, playing football. And Dylan who loves to play tennis, Elle & Tyne helped purchase a specialist sports wheelchair.
The GeeWizz office is now closed until January 9th 2023.
