This weekend he continued his mammoth training programme to get ready for the main event in just 34 days✨

🏃Across the East of England's Fens Patch completed 16.75 mile run in just 2 hours and 30 mins!

That's just 9.45 miles of the full London Marathon stretch😉

Our very own Patrick Johnson is running the 2024 London Marathon for STEAM House Cafes across Norfolk & Suffolk.

Patrick is currently in training for the last 8-week leg and is asking for support on his Just Giving pages as well as people sharing his fundraiser.

Eating Disorders can affect anyone.

Here at STEAM, we love to break down stigmas surrounding mental health. That's why we're compelled to really SHOUT about the facts during .

- 25% of people with eating disorders are Male.
- 1 in 5 men never spoke to anyone about their eating disorder.
- 33% of males have used unhealthy behaviours in attempts to alter their weight.

Eating disorders can affect us all, so it's important we spread the facts and share the details of where you can go for support.
