A lovely sunny warm day for a 5km walk/jog at for the Bury St Edmunds Park run. We were joined by and Macmillan Physio Angela Jiggins as well as regulars and newcomers.

Well done to everyone for completing 1 or 2 laps and getting some fresh air, vitamin d and having a good chat.

Coffee and cake from after was also well deserved!

Ben Durham and Hayley Jarvill from Bury Physio provided the warm up session and physio advice for the Walk for Parkinson’s at Ivkworth today.

The weather was ideal and well done to all the people who walked and raised money for people living with Parkinson’s Disease

What is BPPV?

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is a common disorder of the inner ear with symptoms including dizziness, vertigo, unsteadiness and nausea.

It is the most common cause of vertigo, especially in people over 65 years old.

Treatment is really effective and can change/improve your symptoms after one session.

If you know anyone, or have symptoms, Jane will be able to help.
