Lots of well earned stripes being handed out at the weekend. You can’t buy a stripe in our classes, they have to be earned and these guys have certainly earned them. Well done all! Glyn Powditch

The kids were on fire tonight. All of them got all of it!!! Listened well, trained like champions. They’ll sleep well tonight!

Last class of this term is Tuesday 19th December 2023. We restart on 6th January 2024

It takes enormous concentration and skill to get from balancing on the ball to actually standing on it! The kids love balancing on the balls before lesson, they took themselves into a little balance ring, it doesn’t matter what age they are or where they come from, kids all love the camaraderie of the sessions!

What do you love more, Winning or BJJ? The concept of loving BJJ more than winning when practicing BJJ is common in higher ranks.

2 of our star pupils get their yellow belts . It’s a well earned promotion, they’re great students, they roll strategically and technically and dont rely on strength to win. Well done guys, your dad will be very proud of you!

We were chatting with Alex Enlund at the weekend about your average 8 year old not being able to climb a tree. A big component in our training is helping the kids develop strong flexible bodies doing fun activities as part of their MMA training.

Got promoted to grey and white belt today. He listens really well, participates in class, loves to spar, is a great team mate for the rest of the group and his attendance is excellent, he rarely misses class.
