Zoe’s training routine mainly involves
strength training, with powerlifting aspects, to see continued muscle growth and build strength
Cardio isn't really a focus of hers, however at the weekend she LUVs to play roller hockey 🏒 with her daughter and other family members.
She has also recently joined an adult gymnastics class, & is enjoying taking on a new challenge!

Lat pulldowns are a popular exercise for strengthening and building the latissimus dorsi muscles, commonly known as the "lats." Here are the steps to perform a lat pulldown:
Sit down on a lat pulldown machine with your knees securely under the pad and grab the bar with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
Keep your chest up and shoulders down and back.
Exhale and pull the bar down towards your chest while keeping your elbows close to your body.
Pause for a second at the bottom of the movement and squeeze your lats.
Inhale and slowly release the bar back to the starting position with control.
Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Benefits of Training the Lats:
Improved posture: Strong lats can help improve your posture by pulling your shoulders back and down, which reduces the likelihood of slouching.
Increased upper body strength: The lat pulldown is an effective exercise for developing upper body strength, particularly in the back and shoulder muscles.
Better sports performance: Many sports require upper body strength and power, such as swimming, rowing, and tennis. Strong lats can help improve your performance in these sports.
Enhanced physique: Developing the lats can help create the V-tapered physique, which is highly sought after by bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts.
Injury prevention: Strong lats can help prevent injuries by providing support and stability to the shoulders and upper back.

How incredible does my client Sarah look?! 😍 Sarah has made some positive changes to her lifestyle - allowing her to gradually decrease her body fat percentage and increase her muscle mass in a healthy, sustainabme way. Sarah's posture and confidence has also greatly improved! Sarah was also classed as pre diabetic, and due to her being consistent with the changes we have made to her diet and exercise regime, this is now no longer a worry for her! 👏👏👏 I can't wait to see the next set of results!

Do you enjoy training with a friend? Increase your chances of sticking to your exercise plan. Exercising with a friend can be more fun, and is also a great way to keep you motivated. Train with someone around the same fitness level as you so you can help spur each other on! Ask a family member or a friend, and message me for more info 👯♀️💪
