If you’re looking to train with like-minded women and want to feel comfortable in your surroundings then this is the course for you.
You’ll be led by a female instructor and will be trained in a group of no more than 8 women.
You don’t need any prior lifting experience and please don’t think you need to be “fit” to join us.
All the sessions are planned for you and can be scaled accordingly (you can make it as easy or as challenging as you like/are able to)

We get asked this a lot… and the truth is it doesn’t matter how “fit” or “unfit” you are.
We understand getting started is the hardest part but that’s why we’re here to help you every step of the way.
We even program our workouts so there’s 3 different levels based on your own abilities. So it doesn’t matter what the person next to you is doing…. It’s your workout and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable & capable of doing what is required, and if not then we’ll give you an alternative….. That’s our job ☺️
