Filled with Fitness, Fun and friends, your children can enjoy action packed days coached by our Qualified L4 coaches, and PGCE teachers. All staff are DBS Checked, hold Child Safeguarding and First aid qualifications.

Delivered by our new coach Marcus young performers will be put through a program of strength, mobility & lifting techniques to factor into training regime. Speed Power & Strength essential for this age group as the develop.

🏋️‍♂️THURSDAYS 4pm Strength Conditioning
Delivered by our new coach Flynn this new program develops all aspects of fitness for the sports performer speed, cardio, strength and power.

🏋️‍♂️Both classes require pre booking via DM and are payable at reception. Parental forms can be complete at reception on the day.

🏋️‍♂️Juniors are placed on a waiting list in the event of full classes.

Due to growth we have a rare opportunity to become part of our team of expert instructors and strength conditioning coaching staff.

We currently have two positions available
and are seeking two ambitious staff to deliver in our fitness and conditioning centre in Caerphilly.

This year we are evolving our fitness provision to offer the very best coaching at the highest level therefore the successful candidates must demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Essential qualities :
1. Intrinsically driven to deliver and work with our huge membership base.
2. Posses a minimum of gym level 2 and be working towards PT Level 3 or S&C MSc qualifications.
3. Fully understand the technical elements and biomechanics of lifting and strength training.
4. Understand how to program and navigate through App software.
5. Be competent and confident on social media platforms drive the company forward.
6. Be flexible and very personable with all demographics of performer.

Initially the positions will be offered on a freelance basis with hours negotiable in relation to our class timetable.
