"I WAS NOT FIT ENOUGH", "I WASN'T A FITNESS PERSON", "I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD DO THIS"

Everyone who works out regularly has felt like that, and then they add, "but now I feel faster ", "but now I feel stronger", "but now I feel better", and they usually end with "...it's still hard, but that first workout is one of the best decisions I've made"

YES!, the first workout feels terrible, and the second and the third, but as your snowball grows, you start feeling stronger, faster
agile, and healthier. Your thoughts start changing and when you previously thought you couldn't, now you wonder "what if ...", and you try. All of a sudden you have become a regular exerciser, and you feel more positive, more confident, or simply: "You just feel you can"

This is the SNOWBALL EFFECT in fitness, and it starts with ONE tiny fitness snowball: ONE workout, ONE time you show up, just ONCE, and the effect starts
