Writing for Wellbeing - New Beginnings
Embrace Spring and new beginnings with a creative writing workshop.

In our next Writing for Wellbeing Workshop with Sam, we will explore and embrace new beginnings through a combination of guided writing activities as we approach the March equinox. You will be encouraged to cast-off the shadows of the winter months and adjust your focus on the pleasures and possibilities opening out to you with the awakening of spring.

Expect a friendly welcome in this relaxed environment for a pleasurable and informal writing experience to celebrate the prospects of rebirth, renewal and balance.

This workshop is open to everyone from the curious beginners to those who enjoy writing regularly. It will include readings and discussions of poetry and various writing activities.

Sam is an IAPT Mental Health Coach and Writing for Wellbeing Coordinator and Facilitator for a mental health charity. For the past 10 years she has worked in 1:1 support and recovery and facilitated groups both in person and online. Sam is driven by the belief that everyone has the potential to be creative and by unleashing their creativity can gain a powerful tool for managing their wellbeing.
