Foster Care Fortnight is here!
The theme this year is

Our foster carers have shared some great fostering moments with us, and we hope to create some more over the next two weeks as we celebrate with our fostering families 💜

The team will also be visiting St. Mellons Hub on Friday 17th May, 10am – 12pm and St. David's Shopping Centre on Saturday 25th May, 9am-7pm. Come and have a chat and find out about fostering.

Mae Rhys newydd gwblhau cwrs hydrotherapi gyda’n tîm ffysio cymunedol gwych.



Hydrotherapi yw cymhwyso technegau ffisiotherapi mewn dŵr a gall fod yn atodiad defnyddiol i adsefydlu.

Rhys has recently completed a course of hydrotherapy with our wonderful community physio team.



Hydrotherapy is the application of physiotherapy techniques in water and can be a useful adjunct to rehabilitation.

Fel darn o’r digwyddiadau Pasg, mae Woodcroft wedi deor cywion i’w trigolion mwynhau. Mae Aaqib yn helpu glanhau’r deorydd cywion a bwydo’r cywion.

Mae Aaqib wedi bod yn gwirfoddoli gyda Woodcroft am nifer o fisoedd, fel arfer yn helpu sicrhau fod yr ardd yn edrych yn dda, ond yn ystod y gaeaf roedd yn helpu gydag amryw o ddigwyddiadau gwahanol a oedd wedi ei threfnu gan Woodcroft.

As part of their Easter activities, Woodcroft have hatched some chicks for their residents to enjoy, Aaqib is helping to clean the chicks incubator and habitat and feeding the chicks.

Aaqib has been volunteering his time at Woodcroft for several months usually helping to keep their garden looking good but during the winter period has been helping with a range of events organised by Woodcroft.

It’s today, part of World

Last month, we held a special event, bringing together experts, public service partners and neurodivergent individuals to start the conversation about what a neurodivergent-friendly city looks like and how Cardiff can become a city more supportive to neurodivergent people and their families.
