8 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

Robert came to me wanting to get big! We started training 3x a week but he likes coming to the gym as it’s something different from school and work so we increased his training frequency to 4x a week. Because of how much he trains, we have to make sure that he eats enough in order to achieve our goal. Robert’s currently following a diet guide but nothing too strict. He’s gaining every week and we’re happy with how things are going. Yes, there are days where he doesn’t feel like training but he keeps showing up. I’m looking forward to seeing what we’ll achieve in the next couple of months.
