So, after all the stress and hassle from the last few days.
I had an amazing chance interaction this morning.

Literally just walked out of a shop and I was stopped by a lady, who had seen my post and she wanted to say she felt it was absolutely rubbish and to keep going with all the great work.

Must admit it was a shock to be randomly stopped and totally made my day. I cant put into words how much that ment to me. Been feeling very deflated and it made my day a lot batter.

I'm not sure if you are on my page but I just wanted to say a massive thank you!

Hello everyone, I would just like to express my gratitude, for all the lovely comments and support.
It really does mean the world to me!
As customers you have all been so amazing when we have been in your homes and we really do enjoy working for you all.

If I could please ask just a small favour from you, when ever you have a spare couple of seconds, if you wouldn't mind leaving a review on Google for me, it would be massively appreciated.
This is to help counterbalance the fake reviews they have left.

Good evening all, I was made aware of a post that was created earlier on and posted in an FB group.
Claiming that I had left a terrible mess and left paint splaters all over their personal items and wooden flooring.

And when addressed to me apparently I didn't deal with it in a professional manner. And the cleaning process was extensive (apparently).

I would like to state that the post (now for some reason deleted off) is totally untrue and I would never knowingly leave a mess!

I believe that it was all created by one or two ex employees!
Along with one fake Google review and the another one from the ex employee has been left.
I'm guessing in an attempt to make my business suffer.
If that side of things continues then I'll have to seek legal advice on the matter.

Several of my jobs were not completed even close to the standard that I want by the 2 ex employees.
I've had to work late nights and continuous days on end to try to catch back up, and get the jobs to where they should be and to the standard I expect on all my jobs and that my customers deserve.

This has created an absolute nightmare situation. Along with looking for a new home to rent for myself and my family.
It has been an incredibly difficult time for us. And left me with very little time to do anything.

Ive scaled back on staff, so we can carry on with my work and delivery the best possible finish.

I know some of you are waiting for me to either visit you to see work or for a price.
I'm working hard to catch back up with everything and organise all the work as best as possible. If I could ask you all to be patient with me and I do apologise for the delays.

If anybody did see the post, then I do hope you know that it sounds nothing like how I work.

I was called in to help out a customer, who had this bedroom decorated and papered. Unfortunately it wasn't finished to a high standard and she wanted it all redone.

The customer stripped the paper off, it also took a lot of paint off and left it all feeling incredible rough to the touch.

All walls scraped and sanded, peel stop applied, all walls filled and sanded down again and peel stop sealed over that.

Ceiling repainted and wood work touched up.
Wallpapered all the walls and left with an absolutely gorgeous little room. Customer very please and I got to pack my papering kit away for now! 😄

Recently completed this kitchen/dinner in Gloucester, works carried out for Eleven Builders Ltd
Who fitted the kitchen and carried out the electrics and plastering.

Unfortunately the walls weren't in a great shape. As the old owners had removed wallpaper and painted stright over. Extremely rough and uneven walls.

Sanded down and filled over. Several coats of paint later and some very happy customers!

A pleasure to have worked on this and working with Eleven builders.

A bit of repair works carried out for a letting agency in Gloucester.

Unfortunately no before pictures 😕
But the owners wanted a spruce up, they had a new media wall built.
We removed the old paper, all walls prepared and lining hung.
A nice soft yellow paint on the side walls and this popping yellow paper put up.
Customers were very pleased with the outcome.

Redecorating a hallway in Gloucester, walls were in a terrible state. But all filled and tidied up and painted in a lovely off white and green.

Working with on a lovely property in South Cerney.

A lot of tape joints gone and walls all looking knocked nad tired.

Tape joints removed where needed and filled. Ceilings and walls refreshed ready for going on the market.

Started this little project on an air bnb in Cheltenham for a returning customer.

The roof has come off, timbers being replaced and the facial boards are getting an uplift too!

Not too much going on to start with, just getting some basic preparation works started and finding areas that need to be cut out and replaced.

Currently held off at the moment while the new roof goes back on and for this wet and cold snap to do a 180! 🥶🌧

The start of a new job for returning customers.

So here we have a utility room and back storage area, already nice bold colours. Unfortunately do to settlement cracks, screw pops and some leaks. It's all gotten slightly tired looking.
So after revitalising there kitchen area, we are now fixing up these two room.

So after lots of filling, caulking and stain blocker the room is already looking miles better.

Redecorating a 2 bed air b&b in Cheltenham. All walls painted white and this nice dark blue on the panelled walls and back bedroom.

Redecorating an outside office. Coming away from the white walls and a nice soft green.
Certainly opens it up nicely to the garden space.

Redecorating a lounge,diner and kitchen. All kept white except the media wall, which is painted a the same green as the kitchen units. All looks absolutely amazing and bright.

Steve Workman carried out all the plastering and it was a fantastic finish.
