Great to join Trudy Harrison MP at Urenco in Capenhurst yesterday to discuss about the government are levelling up with investing into high paid high skilled jobs and apprenticeships.

This week pensioners across Chester will begin to receive Winter Fuel Payments boosted by £300, supporting vulnerable households with their energy bills this winter.

🏥 Liz has been a nurse for over 40 years, and knows the issues that are facing patients and staff within the NHS. She will work closely with the Countess of Chester and the Government to improve healthcare across Chester.

Supporting our local NHS We’ve recruited nearly 1,000 staff for NHS bodies serving West Cheshire in the last year. Liz Wardlaw has been a nurse for over 40 years. She knows the issues patients and staff face.

When the old Labour MP refused to work with ministers, Chester's transport links suffered. Residents suffered. Chester suffered.

As your MP, Liz will work with ministers to deliver better transport links and unlock more of Chester's potential.

Every family deserves to feel safe in their own home, walking at night through the city centre and when they're travelling on our roads.

Working with John Dwyer and Chester's growing police force, Liz will ensure residents stay protected.

I will work hard to make sure that Chester gets its fair share of the £600 million of funding for the British Business Bank Northern Powerhouse initiative to help SMEs across Chester to help them succeed.

✅ Only the Conservatives have a clear plan to tackle inflation and help families with the cost of living. This will benefit thousands of households across Chester.

🩺 NHS funding will increase. Helping tackle Covid backlogs, ambulance waiting times and improve GP access.

⏫ The largest ever increase to the National Living Wage. Conservatives introduced it, and now we're increasing it by £1,600 on average.

⚡️Energy Price Guarantee extended to 2024 - saving the average household £500.

🔐 Triple Lock Protected. Today's Autumn Statement delivers the security and dignity pensioners deserve.

📚Schools funding will increase over the next two years. Improving education across the country.

As a former nurse, I know the issues patients and staff in our NHS are facing. As our next MP I’ll work closely with the Countess of Chester Hospital to deliver rapid improvements. With the government to deliver more NHS staff. And to improve GP and NHS dental services across Chester.
