Happy 1st August, Switzerland‘s birthday. Couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than sitting in a sunny courtyard, eating a Rösti, made by a Swiss chef. The only difficult decision to make is which Rösti to have #🇨🇭 ☀️ ☀️

The courtyard is officially back open just in time for Easter weekend! 🪴hopefully this encourages the sun to come out ! ☀️
