Date night!

Not often I post things not picture related..
but with pancake day coming up I thought I’d share this with you all!
Dairy free but as good as any others!
Worth a try!
Bella Cobb My Life with a Dairy Free Child

Fluffy pancakes 🥞

200g self raising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1.5 tsp baking powder
200ml oat milk
3 eggs
25g flora plant butter, melted

Mix together your dry ingredients and create a well in the middle. Pour in the milk and eggs and whisk together until combined (you don’t have to use a whisk I just find it comes together better this way) lastly, add your melted butter and give one last good mix.
Transfer your mix to a jug (or use a ladle straight out the bowl) and pour rounds of mix into a hot pan. When the top starts to form bubbles flip your pancakes and finish off the underside.
Serve with your fave toppings!

We love yoghurt and Aldi winter breakfast topper (it has apples, raisins, blueberries, maple syrup and cinnamon) with a little drizzle of golden syrup if you fancy!

For dairy free I use Aldi’s own oat milk and flora plant butter. These pancakes are so fluffy and tasty.

You can add fruits like blueberries to your pancake batter (you can use frozen fruits too! I love to use frozen raspberries that have been smashed up) or even chocolate chips. If you want chocolate flavour pancakes swap out 25g of flour for cocoa powder ✨💖
