Holiday Time! Just a heads up that Simon is taking a well deserved break from Friday 31st May and will be back in the office Monday the 10th June. In the meantime Jo will be here answering as many calls and emails as she can and and all orders will be processed in the usual timescales.

Just a reminder we are closed tomorrow and all though the long weekend. We are back open on Tuesday from 9am. All orders received before 2;30pm today have been sent out and all orders from the weekend will be sent out on Tuesday.

It's Christmas....The festive period is fast approaching so we thought we should make you aware of some key dates:

Our office is closed from 5pm Thursday 21st until 9am Wednesday 27th December and then closed again Monday 1st of January.

We strongly advise that if you are going to run out of product or think you might need something before or over the festive period to get your order placed by 2pm on the 18th December.

We will be dispatching all orders placed before 2pm on the 21st December however they are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and will be subject to the usual bank holiday delays. Orders placed after this time on the 21st will be dispatched on the 27th December.

Calls & Emails Today...

We are having some emergency electrical work done this morning so you may find you cannot get through to us on the phones or via email. Please bear with us and we should be back available later this afternoon and most definitely tomorrow. Orders from overnight will still be processed and anything placed today will be processed as soon as we can.

Just a gentle reminder to order today and over the weekend if you are going to need anything over Christmas. We cannot make any guarantees but we are sending everything Parcel Force and the earlier you order the better chance you stand of it arriving before Christmas!

CHRISTMAS & DELIVERY INFO

Lots of info incoming so let's start with delivery, thank you for your patience with delivery delays we are trying our hardest to chase any stuck and re send where possible. You may find some of our parcels arriving via DHL where we are trying to limit the amount getting held up in Royal Mail.

There are strikes again on Friday 9th, Sunday 11th, Weds 14th & Thursday 15th. There will be a big back log off the back of these days across all couriers so please allow extra days for delivery.

Moving onto Christmas opening and deliveries...

If you are going to require anything over the festive period we highly recommend ordering asap and ideally at the very latest by the 16th Dec. We will still be dispatching up until the 22nd however these are unlikely to arrive before Christmas.

The office itself will be closed for calls and orders from 5pm on Thursday 22nd until 9am Wednesday 28th Dec, the website will still accept orders however these will be processed from Weds 28th. If there is anything you need to chat to us about please call as soon as you can. We will also close for New Years Day and be back open on the 3rd January.

Royal Mail & Parcel Force Strikes

Between now and next Friday we have 4 more days of strike action which will affect all orders leaving Trinity. There are also further dates in December that will have an impact throughout the month and the Christmas period (we will let you know our opening dates and times shortly).

The next 4 dates are:

Thursday 24th & Friday 25th November
Wednesday 30th November & Thursday 1st December

Please ensure you order with plenty of time and if you are able to, think about ordering more at once to see you through some of these strike dates.

We will still be processing same/next day to get them out asap but once it leaves us they are at the mercy of the delivery system.

STRIKE DATES FOR OCTOBER:

We have 3 CWU strike dates in October which will affect all deliveries leaving Trinity.

The dates are as follows:

Thursday October 13th
Thursday October 20th
Tuesday October 25th

Please make sure you allow extra time for these to arrive and order well in advance of running out as unfortunately we cannot do anything about the delay.

Items in the post sent 1st class (which are orders under 1.5kg in weight) are taking up to a week to arrive post strike day. Parcel Force items which are orders weighing over 1.5kg in weight are delayed by a day or two in most cases (excluding weekends.)

We will be closing the office on Monday 19th September for the Bank holiday commemorating Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral.

The team minus Simon will be back in the office on Tuesday the 20th and all orders from the weekend will be processed and sent out on this day.

Simon will be out of the office from the 19th until the 23rd so if you need to speak to him, please make sure you do so this week. The rest of the team will be available while Simon is off and will be able to assist where possible with your queries.

We are so sad to hear of the passing of our beloved Queen, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Delivery Delays...

Hope everyone had a good bank holiday weekend!

Just a note off the back of a few queries we have received today regarding delivery of your orders.

With the postal strikes and bank holiday weekend there are delays in the Royal Mail/Parcel Force system which is what we use for all our deliveries, we have dispatched all orders from over the weekend and all orders so far today (and anything ordered prior to the weekend has also been dispatched) however with the pressure/back log on the system it may take a few days longer for you to receive them than usual. Please bear that in mind & thank you for your patience.

Delivery Update & Bank Holiday Hours

Just a little note on deliveries ahead of the industrial action by the Royal Mail group and the August bank holiday.

The planned action is for Friday 26th and Wednesday 31st August with bank holiday Monday squeezed in between. Unfortunately this will affect all our items being sent out to you and a huge impact on delivery timescales. We will still be processing orders placed on weekdays the same day/next day as usual however once they leave our doors they are out of our control and we would expect quite a few days delay as a minimum.

With this in mind we strongly advise ordering as early as possible next week, well ahead of next Friday if you are going to be needing a product or believe you are going to run out the following week.

Just to add, the office will be closed on bank holiday Monday and any orders placed from 2pm Friday 26th will not be processed until Tuesday 30th.

ORDERING INFO AHEAD OF THE JUBILEE WEEKEND

We strongly recommend to order this weekend if you require any of our products over the Jubilee weekend.

We are closed from Thursday 2nd until Monday 6th so no orders will be processed or sent out in this time.

Any orders received by 2pm Wednesday 1st June will be dispatched but they are unlikely to be delivered until following week.

Out of Office...

Simon is out of the office now for a much needed holiday and will be back in on the 9th May. Orders will still be going out as usual and we will try our best to help in the office in his absence.

We will process and send out all orders made by 1pm on Thursday 14th April however these will not be delivered until after the Bank Holiday.

Also, just to let you know that Simon will be away from the office from Thursday 28th April and wont be available again until Monday 9th May. During this time we wont be able to offer full consultations however we will try our best to help and all orders will still be processed and sent out as usual.

Afternoon, we have had a few calls recently where owners using Equinourish and 'T' Minerals did not know they were entitled to free worm counts so we wanted to highlight this and encourage you to take us up on the service so you can keep on top of any worm developments.

All you need to do is let us know either when you next purchase online in the order notes section how many pots you would like, email [email protected] or give the office a call on 01243 551766.

What we then do is post out the pots to you with a return envelope and then you just need to send the faecal samples back and we will analyse and email the results over asap.

Delivery Update

The past 18 months have been challenging for everyone and whilst we have thankfully been able to help throughout and continue to do so, the pandemic alongside Brexit has dramatically increased costs for all small businesses. We have managed to absorb some of these and avoided price increases to date however it reluctantly means we need to pass some of these extra costs on.

With this in mind, from the 15th October we will be charging for delivery to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. We will also now be charging on all EU deliveries.
The new charges are weight based per total order and our delivery methods and providers Royal Mail and Parcel Force will remain the same.

• UK including Northern Ireland & Channel Island orders up to and including 1.5kg £2.50
• UK including Northern Ireland & Channel Island orders over 1.5kg up to 27kg £4.99
• UK including Northern Ireland & Channel Island orders 28kgs and above £9.98
• Republic of Ireland & Isle of Man up to and including 1.5kg £4.99
• Republic of Ireland & Isle of Man 1.6kg - 27kg £15.00
• Republic of Ireland & Isle of Man 28kg + £30.00
• European delivery orders up to and including 1.5kg £4.99

There will still be free delivery on orders over £200 to the UK inc Northern Ireland & Channel Islands.

How to use our current bottles!

We've had a few comments from customers about how to use the current bottles - so I hope this handy guide will make it easier for you all.
Step 1 - With the lid on, turn the bottle upside down and this will allow the dosing chamber to fill.
Step 2 - Turn the bottle back up and with the dosing chamber facing you, gently tip the bottle away from you. This will allow the liquid to trickle out of the chamber and back into the bottle.
Step 3 - Once the required amount is left in the chamber, open the bottle and mix in with your regular bucket feed. Only the dose in the chamber will come out due to the internal 'plug'.
