It's been awhile and now it's just over a year since I launched my new website www.reikiwithflowers.com on 22/02/2022!

I hope you’re well and coping OK in this ever-changing world we are living in and I wanted to remind you that I’m here for you if you need me with my Reiki and flower essences.

P.S. The photos are taken in one of my favourite places - Kingley Vale, and if you don’t do this already, I highly recommend spending time close to trees, ancient ones like these stunning old yew trees. I never tire of these trees and enjoy seeing them in varying weather - with the sun shining through their branches or in the rain when the colours of their look even more spectacular. I love connecting with their calming, cleansing energy - just walking among them, leaning against them or hugging them from time to time!

Had an amazing day yesterday doing reiki with flowers treatments in this stunning location on an island at Sculpture by the Lakes in Dorset. It was so idyllic!

The hot weather has been great for Lordington Lavender this year, here in West Sussex. It was my first visit and as well as loving walking along the many rows of lavender, I also enjoyed some yummy cake with lavender icing 😋💚

Lavender is great for bees so great for the environment and lavender essential oil is a very affordable oil with many uses.
I often use lavender essential oil with flower essences for Reiki with Flowers.

Connecting to the ancient Yew trees yesterday at Kingley Vale - on the day of the Full Super Moon - July 13 2022. It was lovely and cool in the shade of these beautiful trees on a hot summer’s day.

Distance Healing is a technique whereby you do not have to be physically present to receive healing. The intention to heal is sent by the healer and received by the client in an instant transmission. The healer can then in real time access information about the client and transmit healing.

This is explained by Quantum physics, it is called the entanglement theory, when two particles of energy come into contact with each other they can then share information or mirror each other even if separated by time and space.

IVF is challenging for any couple, and weekly distant Reiki sessions with me helped support Rowena during this time. How are you today? Wow are we going through testing times...

Many of us have had to adapt to all that is happening in the world at the moment in many aspects of our lives.

I am happy to say that my work has evolved in a magical way. I have always loved reiki. My first attunement to reiki back in 2001 I found very empowering and reiki has been a wonderful part of my life ever since.

Today, as a result of the restrictions being imposed on seeing clients I am now doing more distant reiki which has been very positive for me, my clients and my creativity.
I received this testimonial last week showing how powerful reiki can be for our health and wellbeing and getting us through these challenging times.
