A little more detail of tomorrow's HOOKY ON TOUR – Motorbike Ride – AUGUST 3RD

1030 Meet at Brewery
1100 Leave for The Falcon in Thame. Hooky to Adderbury, B4100 to Bicester, A41, then right onto B4011 to Thame,
1200 ETA The Falcon, Thame. Park up on front terrace as best we can.
1230 Leave the Falcon, travel to Chinnor, pick up B4009 to Watlington and then Benson.
1300 ETA The Crown, Benson. Car park to rear of pub.
1330 Leave Benson, A4074, then A415 to Abingdon and on to Witney
1430 ETA The Eagle Tavern, Witney. Park where we can – maybe on single yellow line outside pub?
1500 Leave for Hooky/home.

It is just 100 mile round trip, so nice length, and if we all start with a full fuel tank we won’t need a fuel stop. Not a race, and I am still very much a novice, so a relaxed steady ride out. Weather looking OK. All A and B roads, no motorways or dual carriageways. Some roadworks as we get into Bicester, but may be able to weave a bit!
