4 month graft! From Dad bod to gym bod! 🔥

The reason this transformation is so impressive is trained 2x per week, he DID NOT sacrifice going out for meals, socialising and even having the odd drop of alcohol the reason we went for this approach was for a healthy and sustainable relationship to improving his health & fitness.

Of course he has had guidance with nutrition, cardio & programme adjustments. We had a lot of constraints in his programme to begin with and once he had earned the right and began losing weight, building a better relationship with food and activity we began to drip feed meals out, alcohol etc whilst bodyweight was and still is going down.

Meet Susan, she is one of my favourite transformations & a joy to work with 18kg weight loss & 8 inches lost around her waist!

Susan had a lot of reasons to give up & tell herself that it would be to difficult considering her health conditions but they didn’t stop her one bit!

Why am I telling you this?
Because this transformation has been one of the most satisfying achievements for me to be apart of as a coach.
Despite her health conditions, the feeling of anxiety coming to the gym she has gone far beyond her initial goal.
Gained enormous confidence in the gym.. lost 8 INCHES around her waist lost 18kg! Gained so much more functionality throughout her daily life and is beyond happy with her results which gives me so much pleasure to see!

The best programme & the best meal plan?

You could give someone the best programme, the best meal plan but if that involves food or an exercise that person despises that will effect their adherence to a deficit and or the workout programme, so taking someone’s lifestyle, work, likes & dislikes into account is extremely important & is the difference between a client falling in love with the process of achieving their goals or not!

Andy being a father of children, as well as a busy lifestyle working days or nights depending on the week meant that we had to create a programme with nutrition and daily nonnegotiable’s that fit within what is realistic for him to do.

As you can see it’s working wonders!

A massive life changing 20kg weight loss & 9 inches lost around the waist!! Congratulations .beacham.7, I’m beyond proud of you!

we had to decide what was realistic for Laura to do around work in terms of nutrition & activity which is working really well.

As a personal trainer, it’s always satisfying to see clients reach their goals and improve their health and fitness.

We are still working together towards Laura’s long term goal but I needed to share her results so far as I’m very proud of her!

Here’s some tips if you are trying to lose weight 🫡

1. Maintain a balanced diet: consuming a well-balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods. Focus on lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats. Avoid excessive consumption of processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy snacks.

2. Regular exercise: Keep up with your exercise routine to help maintain your weight loss and improve your overall fitness. Include a combination of cardiovascular exercises (such as running, cycling, or swimming) and strength training exercises (such as weightlifting or bodyweight exercises) to build and maintain muscle mass.

3. Stay accountable: Consider working with a personal trainer or finding an accountability partner. Having someone to support and motivate you can make a significant difference in maintaining your progress.

5. Monitor your progress: Keep an eye on your weight and body measurements regularly. This will help you stay aware of any changes and take action if you notice any significant deviations.

Remember, weight loss is just one aspect of leading a healthy lifestyle. Focus on overall wellness, including mental health, stress management, and self-care. Celebrate your achievements, but also be prepared for potential setbacks. Remember that maintaining a healthy weight is a lifelong journey that requires consistent effort and commitment.

Just a shout out to martyn who’s stayed consistent maintained his weight loss and is setting his sights on now building and toning muscle!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, there’s no better feeling than knowing I’ve helped & played a major role in changing someone’s life.

Changing the way you look & feel not just physically but mentally, should never be underestimated on how much it effects your life in a positive way!

The sooner you start taking control of your life, your health and fitness, making those daily decisions which are easy enough to skip the sooner you’ll get to a point in which you’re content, you can start to run your life & not let your life run you!

20kg weight loss milestone!! Massive achievement & transformation from Ellie!
I’m so proud of her.
Her progress has been made by following workouts & personalised calories, steps, cardio & daily habits. She’s ticked the boxes steadily & consistently, not in such a way she feels burnt out but in a way where she can maintain it & build a lifestyle around her daily nonnegotiable habits that will ensure she doesn’t yo-yo and return to where she started.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to build a lifestyle. It’s not all about changing your body composition… To sustain your progress you need to build long lasting behaviour patterns which support the longevity, progress, health & fitness!

Weight loss transformation! 👏🏽

Only 5kg weight loss overall however Hannah’s physique has completely changed due to her changing her body composition.

She’s formed healthy daily habits which contribute to her results I am focused improving peoples lifestyles so results aren’t short lived, they are maintained and even improved upon.

She’s super happy with what she has achieved and we are going to keep working toward her end goal 💪🏽

Christmas classes are now finished for the year!🥹
I’ve loved every class with these guys and those that couldn’t make this class.
The results I’ve seen from them all goes to show that by having more personal touch with group training goes a long way it’s not just about your workout, it’s your nutrition & everything you do outside of the classes that adds up & makes the difference.

Classes are reopening & commencing In January if you’re interested I have 3 spaces available currently 😁
