We are shutting shop!

Unfortunately, due to family commitments, we will be stopping bootcamp on the 5th of October.

This was a really really difficult decision to make. We have created such an amazing bootcamp family, we have made many friends along the way. 3 years ago, we set out to encourage children to get outside and enjoy fitness and exercise. We feel we have accomplished our goals. The children we have met have been incredible and it's been a pleasure every saturday.

We will continue for the next 4 weeks. With the occasional sporadic session here and there, probably through half terms.

Only the 2 photos from yesterday as I decided to join in and practice what I preach....

We started with a 1km run and they all did so well. No one gave up and we all completed it. 💪🏽💪🏽🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️
Isla smashed it with a great time of 5:25.

A special mention, a few children would have given up a few months back. But they have grown so much and showed excellent resilience as of late and completed without stopping. Great work team !🙌🏽😆
