An Evening Behind the Wire

There are just a few days left to get yourself a ticket to our 'Behind the Wire' event on 28 August. This event is being run to raise money for the Mayor of Colchester's chosen charities for 2024-2025, of which SUPPORT OUR PARAS is one.

Come along to see an awesome display by the Red Devils Army Parachute Display Team, meet Pegasus our pony mascot, learn about the history of our Airborne Forces from the Airborne Assault - The Museum of the Parachute Regiment & Airborne Forces team, enjoy a curry in the mess, and chat with some of our soldiers about their time in The Parachute Regiment.

Thanks to the Organisers of the Sandon Village Fete on Saturday. We had a lovely day running our stall and helping to judge the dog show. Congratulations to all the winners. Willow had a lovely day meeting lots of people, playing catch and helping with Hook-a-Duck

We're taking our fundraising on the road this morning as we're helping out with the Dog Show judging at St Andrew's Sandon Summer Fete. Willow will be in attendance and possibly in the Hook-a-Duck paddling pool. Come and say hello, have a go on our tombola and enjoy all the amazing stalls at this beautiful event 💙🐾😊

Well despite one of the wettest days of the year our 3 "One Fun Day" events helped us to raise £720 from the lovely people and animals who attended. We're very grateful to Colchester’s new Mayor, Cllr Lesley Scott-Boutell for officially opening the event at our Colchester Clinic Fun Day and hugely indebted to the volunteers and staff who worked tirelessly to make this all happen 😊🐾💙

Father's Day Hamper Raffle
One of our amazing staff in our Moulsham Street (Chelmsford) Shop has kindly donated this beautiful hamper from Fortnum and Mason. We're selling tickets for £1.00 per strip in the shop to raise more funds for animal welfare.
