What a fantastic turnout we had for the Bingo last night, can I thank everyone for coming, people who made buns and sandwiches, helped behind the scenes and to our Fantastic bingo caller Paris, all money raised goes to helping the children of Millburn so thank you again, final figure will be posted later

Tickets are still available for our upcoming Coronation Bingo, tickets include your bingo book and Coronation tea

Not long to go now until our coronation Bingo, if you haven't got your tickets yet they can be bought from the school office, a game of Bingo and a cup of tea all for £3!

Let's keep voting for our school, really need a big push, we are sitting 3rd ☹️

Thank you to all the new faces at today's meeting, don't worry if you couldn't make today, we will be holding another meeting on Thursday 23rd February at 3:15, any children that come can be looked after in aftershools.

Another week closer to the Christmas holidays and the final Transfer test tomorrow for our amazing P7s 🤞then time to count down to the Christmas shows, how amazing it is that we can watch in person this year 😊

A little reminder that if you would like any class calendars the final day for orders is the 4th of December and a big thank you to everyone who has returned the smartie tubes so far, it is much appreciated.

Because of the great support our parents are showing we have decided that we will not be doing a Christmas raffle this year but look out for one next year.

Good evening everyone, I know this page has been a little quiet this year, we haven't forgotten our important parents.

We are a very small group who want the best for our children in school. With Christmas just around the corner we will be holding a meeting in the new year where new parents are more than welcome to come along and see what the P.T.A is all about and bring some new ideas for the rest of the year.

Some information for p6 parents

P6 Parents: Transfer Information Evening.
If you are interested in your child entering Year 8 at Dalriada in September 2023, come along to an important meeting on Tuesday evening at the school to hear about how the entry process works.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday 3rd May in the John Armstrong Hall starting at 7pm.
Please park in the front car park. Hope to see you there.

What lovely weather we are having at the minute, it's great to see the children outside playing and enjoying the great outdoors. With this in mind we are looking for your help, we are in the process of buying a polytunnel for the school and we would love to know if there are any handy people amongst our Millburn family to help us build it when it arrives ( I have been told it is like building flat pack), if this is something you could help with then it would be great to hear from you, just send us a wee message. In the absence of an Open Night this year, we will be holding information sessions for interested P7 pupils and their parents, in school on the following dates: 10th / 11th / 14th / 17th /18 and 31st January as well as a live ZOOM presentation on the evening of Wednesday 26th January. Each session in school is limited to 20 P7 pupils (accompanied by one parent /carer) and must be booked in advance using the website below. We are anticipating another large intake this year and we look forward to meeting lots of P7 pupils.
