When Ben said he wanted to go for a walk around a garden I didn’t realise it would be 𝘵𝘩𝘦 picture perfect Japanese garden of our dreams. 🪷

Ben spoke to some of the gardeners here (scalping for tips). The conversation was limited because of the language barrier. But they were able to establish that Belfast is kind of near Manchester. And did we support man united? We do not. And yes it is very very hot.

This Sunday!

We are delighted to be able to offer our next Sunday morning garden flow at Ballymore house!

Join us this Sunday 21st July at 10.00am for your dose of relaxation. We will be exploring a slow flow perfect for restoring and resetting. The session will last around 45 minutes and is suitable for beginners.

There will be post yoga coffee and refreshments provided.
