Join us on November 30th at 7pm for a fun and festive wreath-making workshop in Bula, Dartmouth.

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to make your own beautiful Christmas wreath using a variety of fresh greenery, ribbons, and decorations. All materials will be provided, including a wreath base, fresh greenery, ribbons, and decorations.

We will also provide Prosecco and mince pies to enjoy while you get creative.

The cost of the workshop is £45 per person.

Happy New Year everyone!

To celebrate the arrival of 2023 and kick start those healthy resolutions I am offering a FREE class tomorrow evening at the Flavel 6pm.

A really good way to introduce yourself to Pilates, helps with all forms of exercise and gets rid of that post Christmas slump.

I’ll write a gentle class to ease us back in accompanied with aromatherapy oils and a lovely group of people to practice with.
