What an incredibly generous man Pete Shrimpton is driving 21/2 hrs up t’north and gifting his Roland kit. All serviced and PAT tested and on its way to a children’s home in Leeds that has a group offering music lessons workshops and performances for kids in the care system in the Leeds area. They really wanted an ekit that was good enough for performance but also so kids could plug their headphones in and not disrupt others in the home

Nicky Royle Leggitt made contact to say her son Josh wanted to gift his drum kit having upgraded and wanted to help someone else. So drove to Sheffield to collect Josh’s drum kit and it’s gone back to Sheffield to help a great organisation
Crookes Brass Band / Grimethorpe Brassworks Sheffield youth band - currently there’s 3-4 drummers across the two bands but this will allow them to take more on and get some new ones going as well. Both bands are run by Grimethorpe Education and non profit organisation to simply help youth in music
Thanks so much
