Have you thought about having a student midwife?

If you are expecting a baby, you could support a student midwife by allowing them to be apart of your pregnancy. This will help them to gain essential insights and real-world experience as they observe your midwife. The student midwife can be as involved as you would like.

Speak with your midwife about having a student midwife or get in touch if you have any questions.

Our next meet up is Monday 4th March. Dew Drops - Postpartum and Home Support will be joining us.

✨Special Guest✨

Jessie from Dew Drops will be coming to talk with us about preparing for postpartum, and her learnings from the wealth of experience she has in supporting Mumma’s in their postpartum phase, along with experiencing her own. She runs Dew-Drops, a great service offered to postpartum Mum’s (and one of the best gifts you can get a Mum-to-be!).

Dew Drops Postpartum and Home support is a support service designed to support parents and the entire home during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.  Dew Drops provides a real proactive and intuitive approach to in-home support, specifically for parents in postpartum or challenging life periods, such as surgery recovery or loss/grief.

Dew Drops tailor made support packages help to prepare you and your home for baby’s arrival and beyond - food preparation, laundry, housework, appointment support and errands are just some of the things we do, alongside safe and supportive breastfeeding and mental health peer support and advocacy.

Parenthood can sometimes be overwhelming, and we are proud to provide an in-home service that is driven by passion, love and initiative; lightening the physical and mental load that often comes along with parenting, allowing space for your family to slow down, rest and recover and adjust to life with your littlest loves.
