I think we can clearly see we have achieved some pretty amazing results here 🔥

Again, we didn’t focus on restricting her lifestyle (although there were points in her journey she decided herself to go absolutely HAM) she still enjoyed her lifestyle with us simply making tweaks and monitoring her progress through weekly check ins with myself.

May I add, Lisa also reached out in PLENTY time for us to achieve these sustainable results and she went in with the mindset that she was DETERMINED of what she wanted and where she wanted to be.

We did dig deep coming towards the end as she wanted, and I’m sooooo buzzed for her to go into her special day feeling the best ever 🥹💖

Jess has been working her arse off for over a year with me.

We have set different goals throughout that time which has suited her lifestyle and she hasn’t restricted her life in the meantime either.

The secret? Time and patience… oh and lifting some heavy ass weights 😁

I strongly work for results that are sustainable for my girls, not just a quick fix.

So incredibly happy with the change Jess has made not just to her physique but her lifestyle in general.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to creating a safe and empowering environment for all women to feel confident and welcome in the gym.

One of my girls that’s been apart of the team for almost 2 years😻

Chloe’s goal at the start was getting back to pre-pregnancy physique, and we very much got her there and completely changed her physique in the process🔥

Chloe had previously done a shoot back in august and loved the experience and was eager to go again! 🚀

Chloe has been dieting for a fair time now, so we are now taking time to build up her energy levels and strength back up so that we can focus on building more muscle 🔥

The funniest sweetest girl 🥰

The last four weeks leading up to the shoot for kirsty was HARDDD… from starting her placement and working crazy hours, on her feet all day and not much room for anything else. BUT, she fought through, didn’t give in and done exactly what she could handle🙌🏻😻

The main focus now for kirsty is to take the foot off the gas, get her energy and focus back up and get ready for the next phase for 2024🔥🔥

We’ve been on one heck of a journey so far Debs!

When Debbie first started she was stuck and unsure of what to do to get where she wanted to be. She didn’t know what to do in the gym or what or how to eat to fuel her day and for her goals

When we first started working together we steadily started increasing her calories and making sure her protein was nice and high. I remember Debbie saying how much she was struggling to hit her higher calories… when it came to cutting slightly for the shoot, she was then hating the lower calories 😂😂

Point is, be patient and trust the process💪🏻

Debs has always been more self critical of herself, but after the shoot and seeing just how fkn good she looks…. She can’t wait for the next one 🔥

Let’s crack on Debs, this looks gonna be even better next time 😻😻😻

This is my little rocket 🔥🔥

I remember before becs started on the team, we had on and off conversations for a few months regarding her starting. She finally took the leap and she has by no means regretted it in slightest.

This gal gives 110% and the hard work shows.

In such a little time she has managed to increase all of the above by MAD amounts and she’s only getting better and better 😩😮‍💨

Becs came from a point of consuming little calories, not much knowledge on her nutrtion and what her body needed for her desired goals and not knowing what the heck to do in the gym to get the look she wanted!

Fast forward, we have educated her along the way and now in a place where we have doubled in calories, kept protein super high and trading SUPER hard 🤌🏻

And her physique is responding like a sponge 🔥

The best part is she is bloody LOVING the journey… swipe left for proof💁🏼‍♀️

So buzzing for this one and in 6 weeks time she is going to be showing all her hard work off in our Absolute Zenergy X festive snapshot 📸

I feel like another chapter of Absolute Zenergy is unravelling and soon to be stronger than ever 🚀

Making the choice to do things for ME daily to lead the best mindset for me, and for my girls 🙌🏻

I have been working alongside the most beautiful soul and have been learning so many things about me that make so much sense and can’t be more thankful because now I am growing to teach these things to my girls to help them on their journeys to the best versions of them physically and mentally 👏🏻
