These little guys are 6️⃣ today….

April the 6th always hits me pretty hard in different ways and my emotions have been crazy this morning.
I am eternally grateful and proud of them both after such an uncertain entrance into the world. But also these days were the hardest of my life and the feelings never leave me.

They are a true account of faith, hope, belief and prayer 🙏.

Today I am celebrating with them in the house we brought them home to as little babies which we are trying to sell (there is a lot going on)…..

Results after just one treatment for this patient. The aim of treatment was so soften the Nasolabial folds which are becoming more prominent due to the ageing process. We agreed to use a small amount of product which can be built upon in the future if required.

💉RHA 4 was used to achieve this result via cannula.

Replacing lost volume 💉..

This result was achieved using 3.6ml of dermal dermal filler.
💉 Teosyal RHA 4 was my product of choice for this patient to replace volume with natural results.

Patient had also had anti-wrinkle treatment around her eyes.

Dermal fillers are commonly used in the perioral area to address lines and wrinkles around the mouth.

Teoxane RHA 2 is a dermal filler designed to treat moderate facial wrinkles and folds. It contains resilient hyaluronic acid (RHA) that aims to provide natural-looking results by adapting to facial movements.

This was the patients first treatment in the perioral area and 💉1ml of RHA 2 was used to achieve these results.

This patient has had previous treatments at other clinics, however her first treatment to PF.

I spent careful time consulting and discussion expectations before any treatment was agreed or carried out.

Education was also key here as the patient wanted to increase volume slightly but care was taken not to overfill.

💉 0.7ml RHA Kiss was used to achieve results.

This patient has considered having treatment in her lips for a while, however planned to wait until her brace was removed.

More recently she feels that her lips have lost volume, definition and hydration. The patient wanted a very natural result and we agreed together to use 0.7ml or RHA Kiss.

This appointment allowed me to begin balancing the upper lip with the lower, and the patient understands this can be built up naturally through time.

A few months back Chantele approached me for advice about treating her lips. After a full consultation to define and pinpoint the exact outcome she was looking to achieve we decided together to dissolve old migrated filler.

The patient has had previous lip treatments and was aware that the old filler had migrated into the peri-oral area.

Dissolving in this case was carried out over 2 sessions as the product did not dissolve as well as expected with the first treatment.

Today I added a very small amount of filler to create definition, balance and hydration ❣️

Today I wanted to share these beautiful lips. This was initially a dissolving case, but these photos were taking this morning in clinic.

The patient was delighted with results and grateful for my help and guidance to dissolve old filler first.

This patient initially approached me to fill her lips.

After careful discussion and consultation we agreed that she had lost the natural shape of the lips and was suffering from migration of previous filler.

I worked hard to gain her trust and advised her that the best treatment plan would be to dissolve first.

Although nervous to dissolve the filler, she trusted the process. This specific case required 2 sessions of dissolving as she was unsure what product she previously had injected and didn’t dissolve fully in the first session.

2️⃣ lip treatments later.

During consultation the patient voiced that she she wanted to volumise the lips slowly and remain natural. We agreed to initially use a very small volume of dermal filler and retreat when appropriate to slowly build volume.

In this case there was a 6 month interval between treatments.
