Rather than buying a pre-made pasta sauce, which is often high in fat and calories, you can make your own by combining a tin of chopped tomatoes with herbs and cream cheese!
Here's an example of how you could save a whopping 270 calories compared to a shop-bought jar. It also contains over double the amount of protein and half the salt! 🤯
Mix up the flavour by adding your own extra herbs and spices (a bit of paprika and chilli flakes taste great for example!)

So, I’ve opened up some Saturday morning availability for the first time in a few years (it’ll keep me away f I’m Prosecco on a Friday night as well 😉). Hi all, if anyone is looking for fitness or dietary advice, please get in touch. I work around Tayside. I have my own personal gym and have mobile equipment to also PT clients in their own environment or outdoors. I also try to educate, so that people can stay on track when not working with me. I have a specific interest in pre/post natal and female hormone health and have a good bit of knowledge in this area.

I can design a safe and effective training programme specifically for you to help achieve your goals, whether they are weight loss, body conditioning or reaching peak physical fitness. I will support, educate and motivate you throughout the process, ensuring your training is enjoyable, and helps you to feel and look great.
I will provide a programme that you are able to keep to when you’re not with me also, taking into account whether you have any equipment yourself that you can work with or whether you would rather work with bodyweight only. I make sure to provide programmes that people can stick to at home or in a gym.
Training with Friends or Partners (seasonal – throughout Spring & Summer as this will be outdoors)
I can provide a Training service for clients who want to exercise with their friends or partner. Whoever you want to train with, I can provide a fun, safe and professional fitness service.
