🐙🤰New Term of Octobumps Aqua Natal Yoga 🤰🐙

I am delighted to announce our new term of Octobumps, Aquanatal Yoga is now available to book on our website. This relaxing class is suitable from around the 12th week of pregnancy and allows mums-to-be an opportunity to prepare your body for labour and birth in a calming and supported environment.

The 6 week block starts on the 29th May and runs until the 7th July and costs £45. Each class is 45 mins.

🐙💦 New Baby Level 1 Classes Now Available💦🐙

I am delighted to be able to offer 3 new baby level one classes (0-6 months) for our summer term, starting the 1st May. These classes are now available to book on our website via https://octotots.com/booking/?venue=fsc

We have been inundated with requests for these classes so if you are wanting to join us please book your place soon!

💦💦 Please could we remind all swimmers to have a quick rinse in the shower before heading to poolside. This isn’t is suggesting anyone hasn’t washed but creams, moisturisers, perfume, deodorant etc all impact the pool chemicals and make the water more cloudy and less pleasant to swim in.

** Final few spaces for Octobumps, aqua natal yoga **

We have the last few spaces available for our aqua natal yoga classes starting next Friday, 13th January, at 7.15pm. This is an amazing opportunity to relax and prepare for childbirth with like-minded mums to be in our lovely warm pool. Let the water take your weight and unwind.

🐙 Spring Term 2023 Available to Book 🐙

I am so excited to announce our classes for Spring 2023 are available to book. Classes start on the 6th February and we have spaces available for babies through to school age children. With our Octotots classes a parent/carer is in the water with the wee ones.

🤰Aqua Natal Yoga 🤰

I am delighted to have the next block of dates available for our Octobumps, aqua-natal yoga classes. Starting on the 9th January 2023 we have classes on a Monday and a Friday at our cosy pool at Fife Swim Centre.

Classes are 45 mins and the perfect way for pregnant mums to relax and unwind with other mums-to-be.

If you follow us on social media you will know that Fife Swim Centre celebrated it's first birthday this week! We are very lucky to be the only swim school to teach at this amazing, cosy pool, situated just off the motorway at Pitreavie, Dunfermline.

To celebrate the swim centre's birthday and the start of the Octotots winter term we have a very limited offer for anyone wanting to come and try a class here without having to commit to a full term of classes. For a small number of classes (listed below) we are offering the chance to book a one off class to come along and try a session and see this fabulous facility. Fife Swim Centre is a small, privately owned swim centre just next to Pitreavie. We opened in November 2021 and predominantly run lessons for babies and children via our swim school, Octotots. We also offer Octobumps, a lovely relaxing aqua natal yoga class for expectant mums. The pool is lovely and cosy, heated to 32 degrees to make sure you are never cold. During the holidays we offer family swim sessions where you can have private use of the pool for you and your family.

Calling pregnant ladies....new block of aqua natal yoga classes just announced x

After a lovely weekend in the pool undertaking their Birthlight Aqua Natal Yoga Training, Jennifer and Amanda are excited to be delivering our next block of Octobumps.

Classes will start on the 15th August and we have sessions running on a Monday and Friday initially, at 7.15pm. Classes cost £45 for a 6 week block (6 Classes).

Octobumps is suitable from around the 12th week of your pregnancy and is a great way to relax and prepare your body for your growing baby, labour and birth.

** Family Swims Available w/c 28th July**

We have some spaces remaining this coming week for Family sessions. Sessions are in the afternoon between 1pm and 4pm. Cost is £30 for up 5 people for 1 hour (max 2 families in together). To book email [email protected] and we can get this booked for you.

Our lovely friends at Doodle and Splat have designed these fab craft boxes to keep your wee ones entertained over the summer months! I think these are amazing! I certainly have a girl in my house that will be happy to receive this...

After the best wee UK break by the beach with some lovely weather we thought we’d bring the beach to you with this awesome sealife mobile craft box. We’re working with Fife Swim Centre to bring this to you, as anyone knows they love an octopus and water 🐙🦀🐠
