Is anyone interested in playing 9 aside football on Monday nights 7 - 8.30 in Dunoon?

It's been a long time since I've posted on this page. I took alot of time away from it and feel that maybe I can still give something to the community.

I spent alot of time and effort putting this together and connecting with agencies to help so wouldn't want it to go to waste.

I'm still about and still interested in doing things to do with keeping people active to support day to day struggles.

If anyone is interested or know anyone that is needing someone to help them get active with going out on simple bike rides and walks etc.. Even just a confidential chat.. Give the page a message.

**August Monthly Walking Challenge**

Last month we had another great turnout for the walking challenge and we are looking forward to seeing more people getting out and about walking in our beautiful town this month.

We challenge you to walking 120KM (75 miles) during the month and post your evidence within the Man Doon & Woman Doon groups.

**Exciting times for Dunoon Doon**

Dunoon Doon will be offering support and working in partnership with ARC Addictions Recovery Cafe to help reduce the stigma of addiction with an aim to reduce the drug and alcohol deaths in cowal.

We see this as a great opportunity to grow our page with another 'Doon' group being added.

ARC offer weekly events that are free to the local community. After attending a meeting with them and seeing their plans for the new cafe we had to get involved somewhere.

This week's events are attached to this post for you all to get involved in.
