L*D-25 is an indica dominant hybrid strain (70% indica/30% sativa) created through crossing the infamous L*D X an unknown Ruderalis strain. This amazing autoflowering strain is the perfect choice for any classic indica lover who's after a bud with a super stoney high that will leave you feeling dazed and confused for hours on end. The high starts with a subtle build of effects, slowly creeping into your mind and body with growing potency over several minutes. You'll find your brain flying high into a psychedelic creative state of pure happy energy that leaves you completely out of touch with reality. At the same time, a stoney body high will wash over your physical form, dropping you into a completely couch-locked and immovable state as your mind fades further and further into oblivion. In combination with its high 20% + average THC level and 1-2% CBD level, these effects give L*D-25 an edge in treating conditions such as chronic pain, Multiple Sclerosis, arthritis, epilepsy, glaucoma or eye pressure and nausea or appetite loss. This bud has a sweet and woody earthy pine flavor with a lightly spicy diesel exhale. The aroma is very similar, with a spicy diesel overtone accented by a punch of sharp chemicals and earthy woodiness. This bud has fat oversized pepper-shaped forest green nugs with dark purple undertones, deep amber hairs and a coating of frosty purple-tinted white crystal trichomes.

Dandelion 🌼
"The dandelion is the only flower that represents the three celestial bodies of the sun, moon, and stars: The yellow flower resembles the sun, the puff ball resembles the moons, and the dispersing seeds resemble the stars.
The dandelion flower opens to greet the morning and closes in the evening to go to sleep.
Every part of the dandelion is useful: root, leaves, flower. It can be used for food, medicine, and dye for colouring.
Up until the 1800s, people would pull grass out of their lawns to make room for dandelions and other useful “weeds” like chickweed, malva and chamomile.
The name dandelion is taken from the French word “dent de lion” meaning lion’s tooth, referring to the coarsely-toothed leaves. 🦁
Dandelions have one of the longest flowering seasons of any plant.
Dandelion seeds are often transported away by a gust of wind and they travel like tiny parachutes. Seeds are often carried as many as five miles from their origin!
Birds, insects, and butterflies consume nectar or seeds of dandelion.
Honey from bees pollinating dandelions is quite delicious. 🐦 🐛 🐜 🦋 🐝.
Dandelion flowers do not need to be pollinated to form seeds.
Root of dandelion can be used as a substitute for coffee.
Dandelion is used in folk medicine to treat infections and liver disorders. Tea made of dandelion act as a diuretic.
If you know dandelions, they’ll grow shorter stalks to spite you.
Dandelions are, quite possibly, the most successful plants that exist. They are masters of survival worldwide."

Cannabis is the name used to describe a family of flowering plants that come from the Cannabaceae family. There are several different species of cannabis, all of which contain more than 100 cannabinoids. Cannabinoids are naturally occurring compounds that bind to cannabinoid receptors throughout the body leading to a number of possible effects, including feelings of intoxication and pain relief.
The History of Cannabis
Cannabis is believed to have originated in Mongolia and southern Siberia, although some maintain that the plant could be found in the early years in South Asia, Afghanistan, and the Huang River Valley in northern China. Professor Ernest Abel believed that the plant was among one of the first widely cultivated in the world and is over 12,000 years old.
Ancient cultures used cannabis for its medicinal properties. Burned seeds in graves of shamans could be found as early as 500 B.C. suggesting that the psychoactive properties could have been utilized during ceremonies and healing rituals.
In America, the plant was grown by colonists in the 1500s for use in creating textiles and rope, with the seeds being consumed as food. Some evidence suggests that the medicinal use of cannabis could have begun as early as 400 A.D.
However, it wasn’t until the middle of the 19th century that the United States saw its use as medicine in the United States. This was following the discovery made by an Irish doctor studying in India, who found that the use of cannabis extracts could relieve gastrointestinal symptoms in those with cholera.
The recreational use of cannabis is thought to have begun as early as 900 B.C.
Hybrid strains are created when farmers want to take the best of both plants to encourage the growth of a superior plant. The breeding of different types of cannabis plants is always experimental
Cannabis plants have many different uses depending on the species, extraction method, dosing form, and amount.
The most common use for medicinal cannabis is the management of chronic pain in efforts to lessen the need for opioids or over-the-counter drugs such as ibuprofen. Research has found that both THC and CBD can have a direct and positive effect on neuropathic pain, however, evidence to support its efficacy on other types of pain is not conclusive.1
There have been major studies regarding the use of medicinal cannabis for a variety of other conditions, especially with the substance being decriminalized and legalized for medicinal use in many states and countries. Evidence suggests that the following conditions could benefit from the use of medicinal cannabis including:
Parkinson’s disease
Fibromyalgia
Interstitial cystitis
Multiple sclerosis (MS)
People with these health conditions saw relief from their chronic pain because of the common pathway that leads to the worsening of their symptoms and the effect that cannabis has on neuropathic pain.
Medical cannabis has also been the subject of research to determine if it can help people manage other conditions such as:
Nausea
Glaucoma
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Wasting syndrome associated with HIV
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Crohn’s disease
Rare forms of epilepsy
Dravet syndrome
Lennox-Gastaut syndrome
Cancer
Eating disorders
Muscle spasms
Although more research is needed and will continue to be done with the widespread legalization of cannabis for medical use 🙏
From your bones to your bladder, smoking can damage just about every part of your body. And your lungs are front and center.
Smoking is far and away the leading cause of lung cancer, even for nonsmokers who get it from secondhand smoke. Just a few ci******es a day -- or low levels of secondhand smoke -- can hurt your lungs.
And don’t be fooled by low-tar or filtered ci******es -- they don’t make a difference. The more ci******es you smoke a day, no matter what kind, the higher your chances of having lung cancer. The number of years you smoke has an even bigger effect. So the sooner you quit, the better.
But your body has an amazing ability to heal. Within just hours of your last cigarette, your health starts to get better. And if you quit, after a few years, your odds of getting cancer, heart disease, and other illnesses start to drop.
With each puff of a cigarette, you suck chemicals that can cause cancer right in to your lungs. Once there, they harm your genes, which control pretty much everything about you. When certain genes are damaged, your cells start to grow and divide out of control. That alone can lead to cancer
With secondhand smoke, you breathe in the same chemicals as the person who’s smoking, and they have the same effect. It doesn’t matter to your lungs how the smoke gets there -- it can cause lung cancer either way.
There’s no safe amount of secondhand smoke. Even a little is bad for you. Just as with smoking, the more secondhand smoke you take in and the longer you’re around it, the higher your risk of lung cancer. Living with a smoker can raise your chances by as much as 30%.
If you’re a numbers person, consider:
To***co smoke has about 250 harmful chemicals, and at least 69 of them can cause cancer.
Men who smoke are 23 times more likely to get lung cancer, and women who do are 13 times more likely than nonsmokers.
In the U.S., lung cancer from smoking causes 130,000 deaths a year, and another 7,300 people die from lung cancer caused by secondhand smoke.
People who don’t smoke are 20% to 30% more likely to get lung cancer if they live or work around secondhand smoke.

Massive rise in medical Ma*****na patients 🙏
If your struggling with health issues and have tried pharmaceutical pills, but haven't really felt any benefit.
Medical ma*****na could really be the answer.
If your dubious and still believe the lies you've been fed from past governments.
Cannabis clinics see rise in patients
At a glance
Medical whole cannabis was legalised in 2018 after a campaign to make it available to children with severe epilepsy
Private clinics are seeing a rise in patients, but the drug has only been prescribed to a handful of people on the NHS
Campaigners are calling for it to be more widely available to give patients more treatment options
But the government says more evidence of the drug's benefits is needed

13 July 2024
Private cannabis clinics are seeing a rise in patients as people choose the drug to treat chronic pain and mental health conditions.
One medical cannabis clinic in Westminster, Mamedica, said it had seen the number of patients increase by more than 10 times in 2023, rising from 250 to 2,750.
CEO Jon Robson said this was down to a “large number of patients who are transitioning to us not just from the illicit market, but because they haven’t found the treatments that the NHS can provide to be sufficient for their conditions”.
The majority of patients at the clinic take medical cannabis for psychiatric conditions, such as anxiety and depression, with 40% taking the drug to treat chronic pain.

Boosting your Child's Immunity
Leading a healthy and holistic lifestyle is what each of us strive everyday. Especially, when it comes to kids, mothers take extra care in keeping then hale and hearty. It is quite essential for moms to check what their children are consuming vis-a-vis healthy eating. While it is also important for kids to go and explore the world, maintaining a good level of immunity becomes imperative at this age. According to The Heath Site, there some certain superfoods which can help in boosting your child's immunity—and yes it's easily available too.
So, check out these TOP 5 superfoods which can work wonders in boosting your kid's immunity powers:
Nuts:
Not every kid likes to munch on these nutties. But make sure you tell them how important it is for keeping well. Including walnuts, pistachios, raisins, dates and the like in their daily diet will pump up the immunity levels in the body. Also, you have to be a supermom in feeding your kids this superfood daily. Try feeding them dried fruit nuts, if available.
Eggs:
Now, this one can come easy. Most of the kids love to have eggs in breakfast. Eggs are a good source of getting proteins, and unlike a common presumption of not having the yolk—kids can actually have it as it has several essential vitamins and minerals. You can ven try out different varieties in preparing egg recipes—boiled eggs, omelette, scrambled, bhurji and the like.
Green Vegetables:
Yes, we all know how important it is to consume green leafy veggies in our daily diet. The kids might find it boring, but it is imperative for them to have it on regular basis. Green veggies are immunity boosting foods, so you must add spinach or fenugreek in your meals which has zinc and folic acid and vital vitamins in good quantity.
Yoghurt:
Yoghurt has good bacteria which helps in boosting immunity. It fights the bad bacteria in the stomach and keeps related infections at bay. Having curd is a must for everyone and not just kids. You can try out different recipes with yoghurt to make it more interesting for your kids.
Fruits:
Eating fruits should be enjoyed rather than taken as a mandatory rule. There are plenty of options when it comes to relishing fruits. You should not only encourage your kids to eat apples, bananas and oranges but also introduce them to melons, pomegranate, peaches, berries and other coloured fruits.
Another busy week doing our best to help educate and heal people with plants.
one has a brain tumour and the other has colitis
The guy with colitis was told he would need to be on pharmaceutical tablets for the rest of his life😬
6 weeks later after a coarse of suppositories and a good daily dose of CBD he's in remission🙏
The guy with the brain tumour has been taking oil since February and has seen a massive reduction in his tumour , photos pending 😎
Absolutely over the moon with my present off Dave Oram.
I've been wanting this for a long long time😍
Thankyou very very very much 🙏
I will never advocate chemotherapy, however, I understand why people feel they “need” it, this conclusion is usually from peer pressure from the oncologist (and family members) and not from due diligent research!
A question I get asked regularly is can cannabis oil be taken with chemotherapy, so here’s my response!
Cannabis in the form of full extract oil (NOT CBD) helps manage the many side effects of chemotherapy, the main reason for these side effects is that chemo has no sense of direction! The chemo is left to run rampant throughout your body like a bull in a china shop...
But research shows that cannabis helps this pharma drug get to where it needs to go, almost like a road map or GPS.
In this way, the chemo drugs will “often” only go into the cancerous cells and bypass your normal cells. However, there are times when the oil can not protect healthy cells from this poison.
I also hear many times that research shows that chemo is more effective when used with cannabis and my answer to that is simply because (as above) the plant is protecting many vital organs, which therefore allows the patient to take more chemo! Had cannabis not been taken alongside the patient usually has to stop treatment because it’s so disastrous on the body.
Cannabis DOES have the power to heal cancer when used in conjunction with other holistic therapies, without the need for chemo at all! This is because cannabis impairs tumor progression at various levels. The most prevalent effect is cancer cell death by apoptosis.
Choose wisely 🍁🙏
I'd just like to thank everyone who's messaged me over the last week or 2, congratulating me on passing each module on the herbal course.
I m doing everything in my power to educate myself, so I know the best natural remedies to help as many people as possible.
Also to help me keep my own family as healthy as possible, and possibly they'll continue to follow in my footsteps sharing knowledge on herbs and spreading positivity 🙏
We absolutely love helping people recover from physical and mental illnesses.

Happy World Digestive Health Day! 🌍 Today, we're proud to highlight the importance of digestive health and the incredible role it plays in our overall well-being. Your digestive system is a powerhouse, breaking down food, absorbing nutrients, and supporting your body's daily functions. Good nutrition and a healthy gut are fundamental to feeling your best and living a vibrant life.
Why Digestive Health Matters
🍎 Nutrient Absorption: Your digestive system ensures your body gets the essential vitamins and minerals it needs to function correctly.
🛡️ Immune Support: About 70% of your immune system resides in your gut. A healthy digestive system boosts your body's defence against illnesses.
🧠 Mental Health Connection: The gut-brain axis shows that your gut health can influence your mood and mental health. A happy gut can lead to a happy mind.
⚡ Energy Levels: Proper digestion helps convert food into energy, keeping you active and alert throughout the day
CBD May RegulateGut Inflammation
One potential benefit of CBD is its ability to reduce inflammation. Some studies suggest that CBD may have anti-inflammatory properties, which could theoretically help to calm inflammation within the digestive tract.
However, it's important to note that research in this area is still in its early stages, and more studies are needed to fully understand CBD's effects on gut inflammation.
#2 CBD May Support Gut Motility
CBD may also play a role in regulating gut motility, or the movement of food through the digestive system. By interacting with cannabinoid receptors in the gut and nervous system, CBD could potentially influence the speed and efficiency of digestion.
#3 CBD May Help to Maintain Healthy Gut Microbiome
The endocannabinoid system plays a crucial role in regulating various physiological processes, including immune function and inflammation, both of which can impact the composition of the gut microbiome.
That said, some studies do suggest that CBD may have anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties that could support a healthy gut microbiome.
#4 CBD May Help to Maintain the Gut Barrier
CBD might also help protect the integrity of the gut barrier, which is essential for preventing harmful substances from leaking into the bloodstream. Conversely, when this barrier is compromised, a condition known as leaky gut occurs, allowing toxins and pathogens to escape the gut and potentially trigger systemic inflammation.
There has been a new task force established, To make the UK a Global leader in Cannabinoid science 🙏
Hello Dave,
Today I am delighted to announce the formation of a new taskforce – UK Cannabinoid Research & Development Group (CRDG) – led by academics, researchers, clinicians, patients and industry. This group will develop and execute a strategy to establish the UK as a global leader in R&D in cannabinoid science.
The taskforce is co-chaired by George Freeman MP – the UK’s first Minister for Life Science and former Minister of State for Science & Technology – and Professor Trevor Jones, the former Head of R&D at Wellcome PLC and Director General of The Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI). They have joined forces with a focus on building a robust ecosystem – integrating universities, research institutions, investors, businesses, and the NHS, to advance the understanding of cannabis and its derivatives.
The CRDG will produce the country’s first comprehensive strategy for cannabinoid research and development filling a gap that has existed since cannabis was rescheduled for medical use in 2018.
At present, only three cannabis-based medicines have been approved for prescription in the UK. Two of these are produced by a company of UK origin. The vast majority of cannabis-based products for medical use (CBPMs) prescribed in the UK are unlicensed via the ‘specials’ route, and administered by private sector clinics.
This new task force is initially supported by seven industry partners and will be consulting on its plans in the coming months with a view to producing its first strategy paper to the new government in July.

The Endo Cannabinoid System.
(ECS)
The ECS comprises a vast network of chemical signals and cellular receptors that are densely packed throughout our brains and bodies. The "cannabinoid" receptors in the brain — the CB1 receptors — outnumber many of the other receptor types on the brain. They act like traffic cops to control the levels and activity of most of the other neurotransmitters. This is how they regulate things: by immediate feedback, turning up or down the activity of whichever system needs to be adjusted, whether that is hunger, temperature, or alertness.
To stimulate these receptors, our bodies produce molecules called endocannabinoids, which have a structural similarity to molecules in the cannabis plant. The first endocannabinoid that was discovered was named anandamide after the Sanskrit word ananda for bliss. All of us have tiny cannabis-like molecules floating around in our brains. The cannabis plant, which humans have been using for about 5,000 years, essentially works its effect by hijacking this ancient cellular machinery.
A second type of cannabinoid receptor, the CB2 receptor, exists mostly in our immune tissues and is critical to helping control our immune functioning, and it plays a role in modulating intestinal inflammation, contraction, and pain in inflammatory bowel conditions. CB2 receptors are particularly exciting targets of drug development because they don't cause the high associated with cannabis that stimulating the CB1 receptors does.
The endocannabinoid system is involved in regulating physiological and cognitive processes, including fertility, pregnancy, pre- and postnatal development, various activity of immune system appetite, pain-sensation, mood, and memory, and in mediating the pharmacological effects of cannabis. The ECS plays an important role in multiple aspects of neural functions, including the control of movement and motor coordination, learning and memory, emotion and motivation.
Do you think a sobriety test for alcohol and medical ma*****na should be introduced over a blood test, as each of us have different tolerances?
Detection of THC in drivers is not associated with impairment, study finds - leafie A review based study has found that current methods of detection such as roadside swabs can produce “false positives” for impairment due to the length of time THC can be detected in the body.
