I can’t thank you lovely lot enough for sticking by me returning to work after maternity leave, keeping me going in a job I love doing 😊
It’s been lovely meeting new people since returning the start of this year 🤗

Also to many of you I’ve had to rearrange after having a tough last 2 months of sleepless nights with a poorly baba in and out of doctors appointments and A&E 😕 thanks so much for your understanding and patience with me, I really appreciate it!

Unfortunately it’s been another few bad days with the little one and I’ve had to reschedule some of you. Again thanks for your understanding and patience, I have a few slots free so will get you another appointment later this week or early next week.

Had a lovely massage with Faye Top To Toe Therapies the other day and picked a card out the jar at the end.

It felt a bit spooky like the universe was talking to me 😯

I have known some of you lovely lot for nearly
10 WHOLE YEARS 😧
it has been so lovely seeing you grow as a family, grow with your careers, grow into a different house and well a privilege that all of us are growing older 🥰

▪️I couldn’t think of a name at the time of setting up, my step dad had a business called Oasis electricals and Oasis Vending (I’m sure you’ve guessed there was a love for them Gallagher brothers 😂) it was his suggestion for me to use Oasis. I’d just set up and kick started OSM before he passed away.
Oasis always has a very special meaning to me ❤️

▪️I knew I always wanted to massage from the age of 9. Massaging my mum and nans back, them both telling me I was really good. (Biased, kind family) 😂

▪️I trained straight after school at college from 16-18 doing a 2 year full time diploma and passed as a level 3 Sports Therapist in 2008.

▪️I have trained and done courses with some amazing people who are top of their game in the therapist/massage/physio world. It even took me to Oxford University to do a course in Muscle Energy Techniques with the fabulous Bodymaster (John Gibbons)

▪️I always thought I’d go into working for a sports team, well that was the dream when I was younger. Working alongside academy players whilst I was training at college gave me an insight to what it was like... it wasn’t for me!

▪️My main mission as a one woman band (Sophie for those of you who don’t know me) is to be the MOT your body needs, a bit of maintenance whenever needed. I do recommend to people 4-6weeks time frame is great for a regular massage to keep on top of those niggles. I know I see some of you more frequently and that’s fine too.

▪️Last but not least Oasis Sports Massage wouldn’t exist without you lovely lot, I can’t say thank you enough for keeping me going in a job I’ve always loved doing 🥰😃

So lovely as always seeing and massaging at Top To Toe Therapies the other day.
I always find with other massage therapists it’s great to look out for and support each other 😃

Working along side each other may actually help you get the best out of treatment, as one therapist is always totally different to another, so when we bounce ideas off each other it’s learning more new things on the job.

Also with us all being different doing our own thing if you want holistic relaxation that’s some therapists, but if you want a bit more getting stuck in there to iron out any knots and tension that’s your therapist like me 🤗

I always really appreciate your recommendations and kind words.
