Bériot's Violin Concerto No. 9, 2nd Mvt. Moving piece played beautifully by Cham. ❤️

So proud of this one. Now 17 years old and has just achieved a Distinction for his Grade 8 violin exam. Even when he was tiny, he always played sensitively and with feeling. I am so happy that he has the technical skills to use music as a means of expression for the rest of his life. Well done, Ty. # # #

The safety move to eliminate bow shakes 30/10/2021

What do other Suzuki teachers think about this? Rolling the bow to eliminate bow bounce. I've never used this technique before. It does work but I feel uneasy about it! 😂

The safety move to eliminate bow shakes There’s a problem that strikes fear into the heart of every violinist, no matter how accomplished, and that’s “the shakes”, or bow tremors.
