Motivation!

It seems to be the focus for me right now as I have seen so many struggling with life at the moment.

Some have found it too much and some keep fighting the good fight everyday to keep themselves afloat!

To move forward we must will it! Knowing how to do it isn't enough, you must implement it and then employing your will to your own life.

So it's really simple -

"Knowing is not enough
We must apply
Willing something is not enough
We must do it if we will it"

Mental Health-

Credited to
as without her, I would have not begun to open up my perspectives and my own journey to mental understanding. So a huge life long thank you goes to her.

Like many in society, we ignore our mental health until our mental health says enough and we hit the floor.

I, even as a PT have suffered and still suffer with consistency in my life for my mental health. My partner was the main advocate from the outset for me exploring just where my origins began, my past and underlying traumas. How this affected my moods, my coping mechanisms, defence mechanisms and how this ultimately led to difficulties in my personal life.

Discovering that personality disorders can be developed through trauma or stress and this can creep into your life without you even realising.

So here is a post about how you can help cope and build your mental strength.

After all..Strength is the madness we have survived.

June 21 2022 is the celebration of Yoga that originated in India, focusing on the development of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

It has become so popular and well known that here are 5 fun facts to catch you up on Yoga:

TRANSFORMATION!

Words can't explain how far Jon has come in his own fitness journey!

All the credit goes to him, as the application of discipline begins with Jon's will to succeed!

From the get go, he trusted me and my training methods to lead him the correct way. Listened to the science behind his training and then allowed the correct time frame to see the changes!

Dropping from 150KG to 103KG is no easy feat and his training capacity has gone through the roof!
