Pull-ups are tough, but you can easily build strength with these variations.
1. Band-assisted pull-ups: use a resistance band for support - as you get stronger switch to thinner bands.
2. Lat pull-downs: use the lat pull-down machine to target the same muscles and adjust the weight to challenge yourself.
Stick with these exercises and soon you’ll be rocking pull-ups 💪
