Forth Children's Theatre is a cause very close to Dickson Lewis, not only as Pauline is chair of the organisation but because it provides a warm, welcoming and supportive space for all regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

A week ago today we were delighted to be part of The Yard's 'Big Fun Raiser'. The Edinburgh-based charity raised an absolutely amazing £114,000 with CEO Celine Sinclair, guests of honour Craig and Hannah, and their host Boogie in the Morning amongst many others all helping to make this a night to remember.

We have been proud supporters of The Yard for many years and know the fantastic work they do providing much-needed support to so many families and young people.

With increased flexibility, and many still working from home on a full or part-time basis, 57% of Scottish respondents to a recent survey said they were unlikely to consider working from an office again, with one-third quitting their job if forced to.

Flexibility in the workplace comes with many advantages, although businesses must be aware of the new challenges it can bring.
