Wild Martini 🍸

A cocktail that starts its inspiration from the wild nature of Scotland and changes and evolves throughout the year similar to the seasons of Scotland.

This particular martini is inspired by the flora and fauna of Islay and our partner brand - this is a dry, smokey martini with all the crisp tones of the botanist and a wee kick of the anise in the back from the Absinthe.
