Had some sushi and ramen the other day at Shinsen Sushi.

We got a couple of things to share between the 3 of us:
🍜 duck ramen
🍣 dragon roll, grilled salmon roll
🍗 fried kaarage
🌱 edamame
Our waiter was friendly, however and had a great time catching up with pals over food!

Who would say no to sushi roll? 🫣🍣🥢

We had:
Rainbow Roll
Spider Roll
Spicy Seafood Udon

If you are looking for decent sushi rolls, these are probably the best value in town 💯

Atop the rainbow roll were salmon, seabass and tuna, together with cucumber and avocado on the inside, this all-in-one roll is a perfect way to sample different kinds of fresh fish at once 🤩

Their spider roll was a little different form the traditional one. Instead of using soft-shell crab, the roll was filled with crab meat and surimi 🦀

Bonus: the rolls were plated aesthetically and extremely instagrammable 📸 “

: “ We visited on the first of two stops in Edinburgh on recent trip and were pleased enough to come back on the second stop. The sushi was tasty, beautifully presented and good value. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. A small spot but on-line reservations are easy. Also very convenient to our hotel as well as others that would be near Waverly Station and just one block off the tram line. Recommend!”
