Groundwork’s are well under way at the site in Gullane for the 4 new builds ..

This was a full en-suite refurbishment with bespoke panelling & oak niche. Large 1200mm x 1200mm grey tiles. All corners were mitred which meant there was no beading & gives it a cleaner edge. This is one of the bathrooms we completed in the house in Morningside, Edinburgh. Underfloor heating & full fit out, including steel.

This is a property we’ve done alot of work in which is situated in Morningside, Edinburgh. Finished photos will follow shortly as the work is still going. We created a glass corner extension to the rear, installed bifolding doors, extensive steel throughout, a boot room, gym, home cinema, new kitchen & utility room, underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor & fitted a bespoke dressing room.

This was a full basement conversion to a property in Duddingston. When we began, the basement was unoccupied. It has now become a 2bedroom, office & 2 bathrooms. We had to remove a substantial amount of soil inside to gain head height & also outside, in order to form new windows to allow light into the area. We also fitted a new kitchen with a substantial amount of steel in the above ground floor.

Internal work of the 1930’s bungalow refurb. This was a bespoke floor to ceiling sliding oak door, which was made on site by ourselves. Bespoke handrail with LED channel lighting also made on site by ourselves. Finished off with herringbone flooring throughout the ground floor.

This was a full refurbishment & reconfiguration to a 1930’s bungalow. We removed the entire roof & formed a new gable, to maximise the space in the attic. More of the internal pictures to follow 🏠

Currently recruiting joiners & apprentices!

This was a quick rental property reconfiguration. The kitchen & living rooms were separate, they’re now open plan which allows so much light into the kitchen through the patio doors. The wooden worktop really throws off the black matte units!

Finally catching up with updating social media. This is a job we did back in December. This job was a refurb, where we removed walls to create an open plan kitchen/living area. We knocked into the garage to steal some space to make the room larger. Some before pictures at the end.

Dormer dreams! This is the attic conversion to match the side extension in the previous post. The dormers are cladded in the same black zinc with splayed angles, with a k-rend finish on the sides. The dormers now make the modern side extension flow really well with the house. We fitted sliding doors to the rear of the property. Finally fitting a new kitchen for the family to enjoy their new open plan space. This house has had a complete transformation!

This has been a big one. A 5 bedroom new build we’ve been working in on the last year. This has been done in various stages to suit the client

This is a micro cement bathroom, with oak panelling that we did last year. LED hidden mood lighting

I can’t believe we’re nearly into September! This has been a crazier year than last & we’re really putting in the hours to get through the current back log.
Greg is off soon to have baby #3 👶🏼
And then it’ll be my turn again in January with baby #2 👶🏼

After waiting months … we’ve finally got windows & doors installed on 2 jobs.
Windows are now in place on the front, side & rear dormers to this bungalow.
In the second picture, the doors have been installed & we’ve finally been able to knock through into the existing bungalow to create (what will be) an open plan kitchen/dining area.
It’s been a slow process & the customers have been really understanding about the lead time of materials!

When projects are complete, it’s nice to see the end result knowing all the work that’s been involved to get it to that ‘dream home’.
With nicer weather coming, it’s time to get the drone out & get some more aerial shots of renovations.
2021 is already looking busy for us with bungalow renovations & smaller projects aswell.
