Architect, Technologist & Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architect, Technologist & Interior Designer to join us to work on an exciting and diverse range of commercial, leisure and domestic projects. The candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years post-qualification experience including good technical understanding of construction detailing, statutory permissions and liasing with other members of the design team.
We would also consider more experienced candidates looking for a new opportunity.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office is essential.
The candidate should enjoy working under their own initiative as much as participating and being part of a core team. Candidates should have a real enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in relation to all aspects of a project from inception with client interaction and brief development to technical delivery and successful completion.

We were delighted to have gained planning consent for this new build house in the Cairngorm National Park which is now shaping up well on site. We have PV panels, tesla batteries and hot water roof panels making this house very energy efficient…looking forward to the interior finishes going in…

Teviot Place - now El Cartel mexican restaurant finished photos

Mono restaurant Southbridge - complete redevelopment of eight storey building to create 2 restaurants and holiday apartments. The photos are of Mono restaurant (excellent reviews, try when lockdown eases!)

The Ballroom snooker club Meadowbank - complete refurbishment and division of large spaces into different zones for eating, drinking and of course playing snooker and pool!

Here's a quick update on a few completed projects starting with Tiso outdoor store Aviemore fit-out. Key move was to introduce windows to cafe area on the mezzanine floor to capture the spectacular view!
