Premium Valentia Spirits begin life in the Sierra Nevada mountains in Granada (Spain) where the water is known for its exceptional purity and high quality. Double distilled in small batches from sugar cane in a traditional cooper pot still, adding botanicals and a final touch of Valencian citrus for the Gin and charcoal filtration for the Vodka.

O is for.......
Continuing with my alphabet of cocktails I'm starting to get to the more difficult letters so I may need a little help with suggestions soon!
I'd intended to make something else for the letter O but didn't have grapefruit juice, so had to head to Difford's again and found this little gem from Harry Craddock's Savoy Cocktail Book.
It's a summery number and I suspect you could lengthen this with soda or even a little fizz if you aren't into strong cocktails. Personally I enjoyed this one as it was!
OPAL
50ml Gin
15ml Cointreau
37.5ml Orange Juice
7.5ml Sugar Syrup (adjust depending on your other ingredients)
Dash of Orange Blossom Water (or leave out if you don't have)
