Big, juicy, utterly delicious and dangerously drinkable wine. Some partially dried grapes are added to the juice (like a mini Amarone) for extra flavour and oooph.

Full, fruity and ripe wine with bags of tropical fruit, melon, zesty lime and grapefruit. Well balanced, intense and long flavoured.

McPherson 'Jock's' Cabernet £10.39
Big cassis, blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with a chunk of bold yet well integrated spicy oak. Couple of bottles of these and some good company, sorted!

Picpoul de Pinet L'Ormarine £10.35
Floral and enticing on the nose, exuberantly fresh on the palate with ripe peach, pear drop fruit, a slightly salty edge and underlying minerality. Incredibly fruity yet elegant and concentrated.

Only 1 fizz made in to the top list
Cremant de Loire Sauvion £12.99
Dont' be confused by the pink label or the word Sauvion (the winerie's name). It is a classic Traditional Method Blancs de Blancs fizz. A great alternative to Champagne with ye**ty, brioche flavours, lovely fresh, crisp apple flavours and ripe peach. Rich and deliciously frothy.

Ernie Els Big Easy Red £20.09
Silky and ripe, bold and powerful. Rich and deliciously fruit driven with bags of sweet red cherry fruit, cassis, mulberry and redcurrant. As big and smooth as it's name sake.

Our champion Riesling, both in taste and price. A classic slightly off-dry riesling, with sweet lime, under-ripe pear, gooseberry and sour peach supported strongly with the steely minerality all good Rieslings need to have.

Next up is
Saperavi Tamanda £11.29
Native to Georgia, the Saperavi grape is a teinturier grape meaning that it has red flesh as well as red skins, a pretty rare occurance. It gives the wine a gloriously dark colour. This one is rich and robust but soft red with dark berry fruits and cherries that will be a hit with Malbec fans.

First up in our top Wine Fair top sellers case is
Pecorino Archivio £11.30
The Pecorino grape is indegenous to Central Italy and here it is gently pressed before natural fermentation and a few months oof lees ageing. The resulting wine is a delightful mix of fruity (pears, melon, peach), mineral and textured with a long finish.
