Fantastic split level extension linking house with the garden.

Removed ex conservatory and extension and replaced with 2 storey extension providing additional master bedroom and ensuite upstairs and modern kitchen/living/diner, utility, shower room and playroom. Fantastic layout and family home.

Great to be working with the team at GJE again. This is lovely mid terrace Edwardian property with only the main door for access and clients living in the property during the works. Careful pre planning and solutions in place. Look forward to updating you as this progresses.

Our garden room extension still looking good after 7 years.

An asymmetrical pitched roof was the response to the client who did not want a flat roof. Roof to be finished in zinc with top lit cupula and vaulted ceiling. Currently out to tender with a start on site expected in the next month.

Planning consent approved for this extension and attic conversion. Challenging sloping site overcome with split level plan and an inverted roof.

Developing the details for this small garden room. Timber rainscreen cladding and glass to glass corner window detail. Attention to detail.

From unused garage to master bedroom and ensuite

Finding a neat solution to access an attic conversion always involves sacrificing space. This study/boxroom made way for the stair whilst retaining the existing window and creating a storage / seating area.

The construction of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France in 1888, a year before the 1889 World’s Fair of which it was the main symbol. Construction of the Eiffel Tower was completed on the 15 March 1889 and was originally a color known as “Venetian Red”.
